- LSLakia SmallMar 19, 20231.0If you're black youll probably get ZERO customer assistance. Two white female employees (tall short haired brunette) and shorter long haired brunette white women DID NOT say a single word to us when we walked into the store. We were literally the only people in there and they both stood at the checkout counter like complete goofy's and completely ignored my mom while she browsed the store. I noticed the unwelcoming energy almost immediately so opted out of looking around even thought I I intially planned on purchasing something. We were in there for a solid 10 mins and not a single word was exchanged. Idk if they just assume black people aren't going to buy anything so don't bother greeting or what the problem is but they need some serious customer service retraining because that was completely unacceptable.
