I found my experience to be very unprofessional. I checked in at 7:47 and was told it would take 45 minutes. An hour later. They text me that they’re not able to get to my stuff today.
So it is not same-day services advertised

Prices are on the high side at this location. Most of the racks were labeled with correct sizes. Store had a musty smell to it when you walk in. Variety could be better. Offered more of Walmart and SHEIN clothing.

Not a great place to go if you’re looking to sell your clothes for quick cash. I had a lot of high dollar items I was looking to get rid of and didn’t necessarily care to sell them myself. That is when I was told I could come here and sell my clothes for some cash back. My bag of clothes was probably worth $500. Their process is straight to the point, I saw them visibly search how much your stuff is worth with their phones and they’re clearly scanning tags estimating the prices on your items. Now what throws me off is that they offered me $22 for multiple items that retailed over $500. The person I was with also dropped off a bag and received more money than me! and that is when I realized this place is garbage. we both looked completely shocked because we both knew I had expensive items and guessed I would at least receive $50 for my bag of items… at the the minimum $50 back for about 8-9 items. Nope. $22. The girls there know what they’re doing, it’s a scam.
SELL YOUR CLOTHES ONLINE. you’ll get more than what this place can offer. I fortunately had a second bag I did not take inside because I wanted to see what I would get for the first bag… I sold most of the items in the second bag online and got double what I made at plato’s… you do the math.

Decent place to shop, waste of time if you want to sell.
I brought in several items and despite most of them being from brands they specifically mention being interested in, it was all turned away for not being “trendy enough.” (Ironically some of the clothes were purchased from that very store a couple years ago, I just barely wore them).
I honestly don’t think they really looked at anything, judging from how it was still arranged in the bag. I didn’t really care for the attitude of the teenagers working there either.
Probably won’t be going back, which is a shame. I used to enjoy shopping there, but the vibes have changed for the worse in my opinion.
