  Let me start by saying that I am beyond thankful to even have the ability to leave this review for this location! Back in February of this year, my wife and I went on a last second trip to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and while on vacation, we spent one of the days shopping at the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall. One of our first stops was the Oakley store to get a new pair of sunglasses for myself. I went in having an idea of what I wanted, but midway through our visit we were approached by Irina, while trying on the new Vanguard Meta glasses. I’ll be honest, I’ve never been huge on the “newest” of technology, but she was definitely influential in my decision making on giving them a shot. So I went with the white and blue vanguards, fell in love with them, but unfortunately right around the 6 month mark of having them, they became non functional due to a bad update. In a panic I searched everywhere to find my receipt to begin the warranty process, and couldn’t find it for the life of me. In a last ditch effort I called the store in hopes of getting a copy of the receipt. I spoke with an employee over the phone for about 15 mins as she exhausted all of her resources in providing a copy of the receipt, and was unable to print one off. But instead of just giving up and ending the conversation, she went above and beyond and traced back not only the purchase information, but also other documentation that would help with the warranty process and sent that information through text to ensure I had everything I needed! The initial warranty claim caught a slight hiccup, and I ended up having to reach back out, and she wasted no time in responding with the willingness to get the issue addressed once again! I was finally able to get through the warranty claim and ultimately come to a positive outcome with getting my Vanguards completely replaced free of charge, and I truly feel that I owe it all to employee! I wish I had her name because she deserves the highest of praise! Hopefully she sees this review and can claim just how amazing of a job she did!!!! I would absolutely recommend this store to any and everyone in the market for new sunglasses, not just solely on my situation, but also just for the friendliness and effort displayed with professionalism that each employee I came in contact with carried! I can’t say thank you enough and I look forward to making my next trip down to stop in!!!

  Nate helped my wife and I at the store. Awesome employee, very very knowledgeable, and super friendly. The other employee when we went was awesome as well. Great experience. Got 2 pairs of glasses and a golf glove. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
