  I had a great experience at McCaskill & Company, especially working with Ken. From start to finish, he took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process feel comfortable and never rushed. I really appreciated how easy and enjoyable the experience was, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Having recently moved to the area, I’m also really glad to know I have a great local store and team I can come back to for future purchases. Thanks again, Ken.

  Absolutely wonderful experience. David, the general manager, was very welcoming, informative, and enthusiastic towards my friends and me. He spent a couple hours discussing and letting us try on different Rolex models, and Michael graciously pressure-tested my Explorer II free of charge. Awesome inventory and people. Highly recommend.

  We have been working with McCaskill & Company for a couple of years now, and they have been wonderful to us from the very beginning. Every time we walk through the door, we are greeted warmly and made to feel as though they are genuinely glad to see us. Ken is knowledgeable and professional, but also exceptionally personable and easy to talk to. Our conversations have always felt natural and comfortable, thanks to his thoughtful guidance and the appreciation we clearly share for the pieces we are looking at. Over time, it has felt less like visiting a store and more like stopping in to see people we genuinely enjoy. Most importantly, thank you for making my lovely bride feel like a million bucks! Thank you to Ken and everyone at McCaskill & Company for always being so kind, attentive, and accommodating. You have made every visit enjoyable, and we truly appreciate you all.

  I went in and got a few links taken off of my watch. They were very quick and helpful. Ryan gave us a tour and was very kind showing the designers. They have some stunning pieces and I can’t wait to catch some of their shows. Everyone was so genuine and knowledgeable, I will be back. Thank you McCaskill team!

  Where to start… Wow!!! Let me just say, I have been to a number of different Rolex ADs and none of them had the customer service and care that McCaskill & Company gave. I was treated like a human and not judged or labeled based on my look or what I was wearing. I was in the area for vacation and went in to look at a birth year watch. While there I worked with David who was AMAZING! I also worked with Tanya who was equally amazing and greeted us at the entrance. There was no pressure nor expectation felt the longer I was there while looking at their inventory. While looked at the watch I was interested in David and I sat and talked horology for at least 30-45 minutes. I looked at some new watches and ultimately settled on the watch I purchased. Two days later I went back to grab an extra link and worked Audrey and Michael, their in house watch expert. They got me in and out and treated me like a king. The next day David reached out to follow up with me. Again, not something they have to do but it makes all the difference in the world. The entire experience was everything I had been waiting for to bookmark this moment and milestone in life. I would not hesitate for a moment to stop in and consider giving this company your business. They treated this interaction as a partnership and not solely a transaction. Being in the business world myself this was much appreciated. Thank you David, Tanya, Audrey and Michael for all your help and professionalism. I look forward to visiting again soon.
