  Visited for first time last week. Clothes are great quality. Military gets a 15% discount. Forgot to ask if they provide mil discount before I checked out, Katie kindly helped adjust my final price. Thanks, Katie, you were great!

  We travel quite frequently. One of the things we enjoy on vacation is going to Lululemon and making a purchase. Just to name a few of the stores that have visited include New York City, Beverly Hills, and most recently Oahu in Hawaii. So when I was in Destin Florida of course I wanted to go visit and make a purchase. My husband was looking for some pants and my daughter a cute new tea. They walked inside of this very fancy outside mall into the store. There were three sales associates. Unfortunately I do not know their names. One was an Indian gentleman, a blonde headed midaged lady, and a younger girl in her twenties with brown hair and a ponytail. As my husband, my son and myself were walking around we were looked at by all three of them but never once greeted or even a smile. It was crazy everyone around us they were asking if they could help them or what could they get for them but they would not even speak to us. I continue to walk around the store in front of all three of them hoping that one would ask if we could use some help or to even say welcome. My husband grabbed the khaki pants out of the cubby hole and sort of looking at the sizes. The gentleman was standing right next to him and did not say a word. As soon as another lady walked around instantly he asked her what he could help her look for. It was so insulting and made us feel so unwelcomed. I told my husband to put those pants back. I don't care how much they cost even if they were practically free I would not have made a purchase there. After about 15 minutes of being in that store we walked out. How sad I'm in the redneck Riviera and could not even be greeted with a smile. Like mentioned before I have even been to the Beverly Hills store and was .treated with so much more taste than I was in this pitiful Lululemon store. In conclusion, do not judge a book by its cover. You never know who is going to make a purchase. Someone with money doesn't always have to dress and designer clothes

  I had a great shopping experience there while I was on vacation. I met an employee named Charlie and he helped me not only pick out the best shorts I was looking for but really offered me a great color choice that would match with any shirt I wore. Charlie literally delivered the best customer service to me to what I was looking for and I look forward to shopping there again and possibly seeing him again soon.

  I brought my grand daughter into shop. Of course she loves Lu Lu Lemon. I just want to tell you one of your employees was so helpful. Laura greeted us and was always there when we had a question. She is knowledgeable, professional, and really knows the merchandise. Thank you Laura for your excellent customer service ; we appreciate you taking the time and sharing your expertise. We left with merchandise and everyone was very pleased.
