- LNLauren NJun 2, 20263.0Visited the outlet last week. The store was clean, organized, and in good overall condition. Most of the employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. However, there was one experience that caused me to lower my rating. I found a pair of shoes on display that I was interested in purchasing, but I needed a size smaller. The display pair also showed noticeable wear on the soles. When I asked an employee if there were any additional pairs in the back or available online, she informed me that there were not. I then politely asked whether the display pair could be discounted due to its condition. Her response was, “No, but I can get you a box.” While I understand that discounts may not be allowed, the response came across as dismissive and somewhat condescending. A box does not address the visible wear on the shoes, and I felt my concern was not taken seriously. It’s unfortunate because otherwise my experience at the store was positive.
