  Song by to check the latest styles while visiting Destin. Sales lady was very helpful in pointing out the sales they had going on. Couldn't find anything on sale for myself but as they say : " happy wife, happy life"! She found a couple pair of shoes. 😂

  It was an absolute pleasure and honor meeting Destinie today at the Cole Haan in Destin, FL. This was our first time in Destin as we celebrate our 15th anniversary and walking into the store was the icing on the cake. As we close out our last night in Destin; Destinie was so friendly, helpful and kind. Her spirit matches her nickname “Sunshine” Coke Haan you need 10k more of her energy, amazing customer service and skills. Destinie, if you see this, it was my absolute pleasure meeting you. Don’t slip on that purple 😂

  Best experience ever in a store because of Ashley at the destin florida store. Her awesome personality and willingness to assist with my online order was refreshing. A lot of times store clerks don’t smile and rush the process and I get overwhelmed but not this time, Ashley is absolutely lovely.

  BLUF: I will never do bussiness with these people again - and would advise anyone in the military to do the same. Story time! I was looking at a pair of $120 boots, and was between a size 13 (what I normally wear) and a size 12. I debated this for about 20-25 minutes in the store, before the sales associate told me to get the size 12, as the leather would conform to my foot. When I told him I didn't feel comfortbale buying a shoe a size too small, he assured me he would let me swap it for the size up if I did not like the fit of the shoe. Fast forward a week, and the shoe did not break in. I wore it around my house for a week, and it became painful (obviously). But when I went to exchange them for the size up, the lady at the store said I "could not exchange a worn shoe"... She even told me I could just buy (again) the larger size, in store. Sick! Guess I'm just out $120. Good thing I'm literally rolling around in the vast amounts of money that I'm paid by our generous government, thanks to this super strong economy we're in (sarcasm). In a world full of liars, this place is just another corrupt bussiness. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, and give it to people who actually respect you.
