Shortly after that Dawn came over to us and showed us the App, showed us around and was very pleasant. Thank you Dawn for your customer service. You get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but Belk gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for no customer service.

The conversation with the people that were not of our race was very polite, joyful and engaging. I left the shoes where they were and will definitely never spend my money at an establishment that allows things like this to happen. Judging by the comments this is common here.
