Mac cosmetics sadly has been a bad problem at this particular store. I live in another town and have to go a good distance. So I planned a trip to the Bellk for MAC lipstick. I have been a customer for well over 10 years now. I went 2 weeks in a row and there was no one in the department. No one at all. Then I was helped out by 2 Clinique employees and they were so helpful and kind, even though it wasn't their department. Two times, I was helped by 2 different Clinique. So although I didn't purchase anything, we tried, but it would be helpful to have a person from the company. I would like to say thank you to Clinique and MAC, please do better.

We shopped the makeup counter. A lady named Melissa waited on us and gave exceptional service. People like that is why I return to shop at belk. She's awesome

They never have the AC on in any of the stores and it’s a hot and miserable experience. The clothing and items are in disarray, the registers are always disorganized. They have some great brands but it looks like a garage sale so it cheapens it greatly.
