  I ordered my daughter a pair of Crocs and was accidentally sent the wrong size. Being on a limited income, I wouldn't have been able to afford to send them back and order another pair. Plus I do not have a car right now and can't drive myself to the Destin, FL location. Well, I sent an email regarding my dilemma and quickly was responded to by a wonderful person named Steph Curry. She went above and beyond regular customer service and made sure my daughter had the right sized Crocs. I will definitely be shopping there more and I've never actually been inside the store so when I am able to drive again, guess where I'm going? BASS PRO SHOP - DESTIN COMMONS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One more thing, whom ever is Steph Curry's boss, needs to give her a raise! She is amazing and I'll never forget this experience! Thank you so much!!!

  We just bought a new tracker boat, the boat and motor a great, however the pedestal seats are a death trap. The pedestal stays in place however the seat seems stable but is definitely not..... it came off shortly after sitting down on it sending me falling. Not a fun fishing trip. Bought it as it was supposed to be more stable, boat is but seats are Definitely not...

  Sale people are pushy and annoying and can't take no for a answer. Will follow you around and get you to try and buy a Hilton trip and it's almost "free" is what they say but when you keep saying no they don't take it for a answer. So I put everything I was going to buy back and left.

  Bass Pro Shops in Destin is always a fun stop whenever we're in the area. The store is clean, well organized, and has an impressive selection of fishing, hunting, camping, and outdoor gear. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, and it's easy to spend more time browsing than you planned. Whether you're shopping for something specific or just looking around, it's a great experience for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. We'll definitely keep coming back whenever we're nearby.

  Terrible to deliver to, absolutely no room for a semi with 53" trailer. And one of the docks has a trailer turned into an office so although there are 2 docks they only use one. That being said you have to drop your trailer in the middle of a super busy parking lot full of parked cars and then pull the trailer out of the door drop it in the same parking lot and then put the loaded trailer in the door and then drop it and hook the other trailer. Anyways it's not safe very difficult no room and a bunch of unnecessary extra work for the driver and doesn't pay the driver for any of the trailer shuffling or for the excessive amount of time it takes to do all of it in these ridiculous circumstances. Also they cant move any of the cars ( I asked ) and they told me drivers have hit cars. So a driver is risking having an accident on his or her record when expected to navigate through their negligence. These appointments should be after hours when the parking lots aren't completely full. I have never refused a delivery but I absolutely WILL NOT deliver here again. Good luck!
