  1 star is honestly generous. The driver admitted our order sat in her car all day before being delivered, and it absolutely showed. The chocolate-covered strawberries arrived completely melted, leaking everywhere, soaked with condensation, and looking nothing like what we paid for. The pineapple and fruit were warm and soggy, and the entire arrangement was ruined by the time it got here. To make matters worse, their solution was to “replace” it only if I drove to pick it up myself... after already paying for delivery. Completely unacceptable customer service and terrible handling of perishable food. The photos speak for themselves. Never ordering from here again.

  Terrible experience at this location. I will never be returning. I delivered a box of chocolate covered strawberries and a piece of cheesecake to a friend. Shortly after I received a picture of the cheesecake after opening it and it literally looks like somebody had taken a bite out of it. Absolutely disgusting.

  Horrible! Made an order several days in advance, called the day of several times. I can hear their breathing and placing me on hold forever. I just wanted to ask if it was ok to leave the order on the table outside in case they were not home since delivery window is 9 am to 6pm cant make someone stay home all day on a Sunday. Next time go with a company more reliable to not make yourself embarrassed

  Yall need to tie the tops of the bag with more force. Ok? Beautiful and lovely arrangement . I forgot to take a picture because the top kept undoing itself.

  I purchased an Edible Arrangement for my mother’s birthday, but the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. I had scheduled a pickup for 5:30 PM on 11/29, based on the store hours listed on my order, which showed they closed at 6 PM. However, the store called to tell me they were actually closing at 5 PM. I explained that I was more than 30 minutes away at work and couldn’t get there any earlier, especially since it was my mom’s 67th birthday. They suggested I pick it up on Sunday instead, even though I told them that would be difficult. We eventually agreed on a specific time for Sunday, but that morning they called again to say they were leaving early and closing the store. When I finally did pick up the arrangement, the fruit was obviously spoiled. Berries had holes in them, the pieces looked warped, and everything tasted sour. I contacted the store that same day and also completed the survey to report the issue, requesting a full refund through corporate, but I have received no response. No one has replied to any of my messages or attempted to contact me regarding this matter. I also disputed the transaction with my bank, but the claim was denied. Given the circumstances, I am now demanding a full refund immediately. I am extremely disappointed in this company and the way this entire situation has been handled.
