  If I could I would post zero stars. Everytime I come to Daytona beach I come to this store so much I would consider myself a loyal customer. I went to go buy 2 pairs of swimming goggles late at night. The next day when I went to use them they had a glue inside that showed cracked impossible to use correctly. When I went the next day to address the issue they said I had to wait the following day for a manager. I woke up and went early to change only to find out that the manager wouldn't even be there until the end of the week and that the assistant couldn't do anything do refunds no in store trade nothing. Then they claim that why I didnt return it in the middle of the night like someone is going to use goggles at the crack of dawn. There store is very Inproffesional with only 2 cashiers which are all over the place. No manger in sight. Over priced for low quality. I'm sure there quote is "one size fits all" because they only have one size. Not to mention when you say you have a problem the treat you horrible even pulling the excuse of "I'm the elderly" like if that makes a difference okay I'm the one who is buying and having an attempt to make it right in a peaceful matter. I will never return to this store again. Very disappointed with the service. I do not recommend the store.

  The elderly employee with grey hair that was working at the register named Joyce was extremely passive aggressive towards my girlfriend and I. We told her we would like to exchange our clothes we had bought earlier in the day due to the fact that it fit awkwardly. She proceeded to give us a dirty look and attitude and she walked away and ignored us. When she came back she asked us again what was wrong with the shirts and she kept asking us what we wanted to do when we had explained it to her numerous times that we wanted an exchange. Overall she was an extremely rude lady who seemed like she did not want to offer us the exchange when it is stated on the receipt.

  This store is big, lots of good choices to choose from. Great customer service and the coupons are a nice surprise, one of the employees is handing them out to everyone. Clean and lots of beach goodies.

  Posted hours 10 pm. Rushed me at 9:30 and failed to give me my 4th T-shirt free. Returned next day with my receipt for $101. They said they had to refund the entire ticket and re-ring everything and somehow my new total which now supposedly gave me a $16.99 shirt free totaled $115, not $85. When I disputed the new charge manager said if I didn't put my card up and pay the $115 I was stealing. So if you want professionals, honesty and a little bit of competence....SHOP ELSEWHERE
