  Worst customer service experience I have ever received from a Lululemon location. I have visited many Lululemon stores and have never been treated the way I was treated at this franchise. The employee, Janet, was extremely rude, dismissive, and had a very unpleasant attitude throughout the interaction. I also felt that I was being treated differently because of my race, which made the experience even more upsetting and unacceptable. If an employee does not enjoy working with customers or does not like their job, they should consider finding a position where they can provide the level of customer service expected from a company like Lululemon. I have always had positive experiences at other Lululemon locations, so this interaction was especially disappointing. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses Janet’s behavior appropriately. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, professionalism, and fairness regardless of their background.

  Savannah was very kind and helpful, she personally made my experience shopping at this Lululemon a 10/10. I hope she gets a manager promotion soon, we need more people like Savannah in this world.

  My twin and I had a wonderful shopping experience at the Lululemon outlet in Daytona. An employee named Janet was Extremely helpful and went above and beyond in making sure we got what we needed. Not only was she helpful, but she was very positive and professional! Would absolutely recommend shopping at this store and if you can…get Janet to help you out! Lululemon is lucky to have her as an employee! Will definitely be shopping here more often! Thank you, Janet and we’ll see you again soon!💕

  Carys is a ray of sunshine! She is very helpful to customers and comes to work with a contagious positive attitude. 11/10 recommend
