  IRamee (hope I am spelling her name correctly) from the Jewelry Department and Liz Elena who was putting out stock when I asked her about a product, weee extremely nice, helpful and processional! Kudos to them! I loved the in-store ambience music!

  I used to love this store because of the wide variety of clothing and shoes, but lately not at all. Today was just terrible. Some Departments have been moved around, i.e. the junior section is now where the Worthington (fav brand for work clothes)section used to be and the Worthington section is in the middle of the store and appears to be much smaller, very few choices. The clearance section was a mess, some sections were empty….the costume jewelry section (was my favorite) was very sparse, and in general the store looks run down.

  I would like to thank Katherine and Tracey for helping me take care of a purchase I made when my daughter was in the hospital for three weeks and I had finally gotten a moment to relax, and I went shopping. I impulse bought a ton of shirts and when I got them home realized I did not like the material. I lost the receipt but thought they could look it up from my credit card. Initially when I went in an older gentleman whose name I do not know was extremely rude and could care less about customer service. I requested to speak to the manager to see if they could help, but apparently he had already went into the back and gave his personal version of what I needed help with and she then came out dressed unprofessional with her shirt that was very exposing and an attitude that matched. I have been coming to this mall for 40+years and have never been treated with such rudeness. I left and called corporate and spent over an hour on the phone with an extremely nice and patient representative and she looked up the order number and whatever else I needed. I went back into the store and that is where Katherine and Tracey helped me. The guy tried to tell me I could not return the stuff again and I told him I did not want his help and to get someone else for me. While waiting I could not believe how rude he was to the next customer also who was making a purchase and he totally screwed her whole order up and had a hard time trying to figure out out to refund for some shoes that he just overcharged her for. That customer was upset also. He has absolutely no people skills and should not be working at the customer service desk. You would have thought I was personally taking his money from his account for my return. Added is the receipt where spent my refunded money on new jeans so you can see who was working that day.
