Went in to shoe shop full intentions on buying a new pair of shoes. I wanted to check a shoe size since they didn’t have one on the shelf, I asked one associate for a size check and she was totally spaced out with a stare through me she walks over and checks what is out on shelves, my fiance asked her for back stock and she goes ever so slow and literally (drug) out says oh no we don’t have one of those. Then in the process of her finding the words for back stock another associate mid 40’s walked up right behind her about another person needing assistance they both just start walking away from us, and I heard her say that party already left. Unprofessional and the mid 40 with the black hair shouldn’t have a manager position with throwing looks at customers when they are shopping. Nasty personality push customers away. I’ll find another location back on my side where the environment is better and more up to date on how to tend to customers! Tip for you & the store stop trying to act like you’ve made the Alaqua fit because y'all are FAR off from it!

Large selection of shoe brands. Clean store. Wide aisles for walkers or wheelchairs. No automatic doors.

I was rang out by a person whose name tag said Supervisor and only one of the items that I intended to purchase was rang up and in the bag. However, the supervisor did try to upsell me some kind of box treatment to protect the shoes I bought that didn’t even have a lid for the box. All in all, a laughable experience.
