  I was rang out by a person whose name tag said Supervisor and only one of the items that I intended to purchase was rang up and in the bag. However, the supervisor did try to upsell me some kind of box treatment to protect the shoes I bought that didn’t even have a lid for the box. All in all, a laughable experience.

  To the 3 employees who were helping me with my pickup order/then the shoe style change, but I didn't have the fancy card, and I forgot my socks- thank you to everyone for being so kind, patient and easy to chat with while we were trying to solve my issue. While I didn't get to go home with shoes in hand, I did leave with a smile on my face because of how wonderful you 3 were to work with. (And then had to go in and leave AGAIN because I forgot my socks. Well done with finding my info to let me know!!!!) If I were still in retail management, I would've made room for everyone on my team. 10/10 experience, would shop there again.
