- MWMatthew Walny4 days ago1.0This is not a real outdoor store. It’s just fake equipment for sale. I bought a chair from them for outdoors for $90 and then somehow I was only able to return it for $63 after it collapsed in front of a group of people. Talk about adding insult to injury. Save your money go someplace else. Or at least buy it from someplace else.

- ALAntony LestenApr 30, 20261.0I came up to the front to pay for my item. 2 lines to pay. I go the line where the person was finishing up in front of me, the other line had to people on it. The cashier on my line said, next to the person on the other line. I'm line, oh I guess it one line for both? Then the manager tells me there's 2 lines and that i don't have proper etiquette? I'm like I was on that line, the cashier called someone from this line and they went ahead of me. I guess to management my Hispanic money is not as good as the majorities money even though every time I look at cash it seems the same to me. This was totally unnecessary and I can only see one reason for the insult and disregard of myself and my boy. Either that or the person on the other line was someone known to the cashier. It disheartened me to feel this improper etiquette from the staff as I've been going to bass pro shops all over the country and never expected thos unnecessary nonsense.

Believe me, I had a lot. Now I feel confident that it's not the equipment keeping me from catching fish anymore. Thank you guys. They even spool your line and tied on a leader and showed me some knots.

The gun department a disaster. 3 person left before me plus when they called my number I was at home... already I'm from Orlando. Im done with Bass pro ...Academy 1000 times. Even is the place is empty you will need to wait. More than 300 $ i purchased .
