  The selection here is almost exclusively Redhead. Its disappointing that this almost all they sell in their actual stores. If you're looking for a belt this is the only brand you will find. I did have four different employees including the security guard at the front approach me regarding applying for a credit card.

  Great place to spend a lazy afternoon except for the annoying time share sales people. I come here to shop for sporting goods, not to get harassed by the time share sales people.

  I’ve been to many stores, and apparently this is one of the smaller ones. However, I had the best experience I’ve ever had in a store chatting with a worker named Terra. She mentioned how excited the the employees get when the owner stops by to visit. That speaks volumes about the way the company treats the staff and made me very proud to shop here. Thanks for taking care of your people, Johnny Morris

  Bass has great quality products and prices, ordered online for pickup in store and everything was very easy.... until the employee trys to match your order number with whatever they look at on the screen, just took too long to pickup one item, otherwise it's a awesome place to shop.

  I called before going and talked with a very helpful associate about a pound jar of varget powder. When I arrived at the store 20 minutes later I was ignored by a different associate who was talking to another customer about who knows what but I didn’t hear anything about a purchase or anything concerning bass pro or any product. When the associate finally got to myself and the other couple waiting, I said they were first. They wanted to pick up a firearm but were asked if they had signed in. No was the answer, sorry I can’t help you until you sign in. Next was my turn, I need a pound of Varget powder. I can’t help you until someone comes to relieve me to go to the back room. No call was made, I was just expected to wait until someone else showed up. When he finally came back he tried to apologize by saying sorry about the wait. I told him I hear the apology but I don’t believe it. You left 2 customers for 15 minutes while discussed daily affairs with someone not inquiring about business matters. I said I will take my business elsewhere. I did speak to a door greeter and a manager before leaving. I did drive to st Augustine store to buy powder from them. I probably won’t return to this store again.
