  Poor customer service. How can a store charge shipping when they don't have specific items in stock and you have no other choice but to order them?? Shipping should be waived in these situatiins. Very disappointed.

  I returned today to exchange some items and the experience was great. Everyone is always very polite. Cat and Carrie were very helpful and I truly appreciate their guidance when I asked for their advice. Cat was so welcoming and kind from the moment I entered the store until the moment I left. Fantastic customer service.

  Had a fantastic experience at FlynnO’Hara Uniforms! Cat and Nico were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in helping us find the right fits. Shopping for school uniforms can be overwhelming, but they made the process smooth and easy. Highly recommend asking for Cat and Nico if you stop in!

  I wanted to recognize two outstanding employees, Cat and Chris, for the exceptional customer service they provided. The store was very busy, but Cat greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to help me. I had a complicated purchase involving a return and an exchange, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. She stayed with me throughout the entire process, constantly checking in to make sure everything was taken care of. Even while helping me, she made a point to reassure the other customers waiting that she would be with them shortly. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out. When it was time to check out, Chris took over and was just as wonderful. He was friendly, efficient, and made the final part of the transaction seamless. I hope their manager knows what an incredible job they are doing. Both Cat and Chris went above and beyond, and they are a true asset to your team. Thank you for having employees who genuinely care about providing outstanding customer service.

  Jacob R. was very helpful, kind, and accommodating while finding uniforms in the sizes that we needed for our three children. He helped make sure everything we needed was available, and offered shipping options for what was not. It was getting busy during our time there, but Jacob stayed calm and made sure to check on us as he tended to other customers in an effort to minimize wait times. He was great! As for constructive feedback, I do think there should be some adjustments to who is running the register(s). Some associates spend an extensive amount of time engaging in sidebar conversations, along with struggling with the computer system and sales, which makes for extensive wait times that can be a bit frustrating.
