- MOMr OAug 20, 20265.0Posting this review bc of the astonishing customer service I received . My wife had a placed an order online and Carl took his time and patiently explained to me the procedures, very patiently and helped me with suggestions. I didn’t know that Carl was already supposed to clocked out and he very professionally handed me off to Nico. Nico was also very informative and helpful. At the end Jason , the manager had to come help Nico, and Jason’s energy was also great!!! Great overall experience. Thank you
- BCBrett ChusidAug 19, 20261.0Poor customer service. How can a store charge shipping when they don't have specific items in stock and you have no other choice but to order them?? Shipping should be waived in these situatiins. Very disappointed.
- AKAnette KartenAug 18, 20263.0Their correct schedule is not as posted online. So you physically have to go to the store and take a pic of their monthly schedule because it changes per day.
- CSCary SotoAug 3, 20265.0I wanted to recognize two outstanding employees, Cat and Chris, for the exceptional customer service they provided. The store was very busy, but Cat greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to help me. I had a complicated purchase involving a return and an exchange, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy. She stayed with me throughout the entire process, constantly checking in to make sure everything was taken care of. Even while helping me, she made a point to reassure the other customers waiting that she would be with them shortly. Her professionalism, patience, and kindness truly stood out. When it was time to check out, Chris took over and was just as wonderful. He was friendly, efficient, and made the final part of the transaction seamless. I hope their manager knows what an incredible job they are doing. Both Cat and Chris went above and beyond, and they are a true asset to your team. Thank you for having employees who genuinely care about providing outstanding customer service.
