  Wolf is giving five stars to assistant manager Kayla: * her personality is “ fly” * her product knowledge is superior * her customer service skills are outstanding * she listens and assures customer satisfaction * she showed me the value of buy one get 40 percent off the other. Huge kudos go out to manager Jordyn- she trained Kayla and it shows - she knew when to let Kayla do her thing and seal the deal! Kudos to Kayla and Jordyn!

  People there are very friendly but I think they don't know what they're talking about I bought two pairs of Maui Jim's The stingrays and the cruises when I send them back to Maui Jim for normal wear and tear on the frames they told me it was going to cost $200 to have my frames fixed it's kind of crazy because you can buy the same pair of glasses for 186 and the people at Bass pro's told me that the frame for guaranteed for life and that was the whole reason I bought them because I detail boats for a living and putting them on and off My feelings for Maui Jim their customer service there's no good

  This is NOT a standalone sunglass hut within Bass Pro Shops, it's just a collection of displays inside the store. I wasted a trip and cab fare to this location to be told that they don't accept Sunglass Hut gift cards. It should be more clear that this is a collection of branded displays inside BassProShops and not an actual Sunglass Hut location.
