- BRBlessed RBMay 15, 20262.0Management- I visited the Lululemon store on May 15th at approximately 3 PM to initiate an exchange. I inquired with the young lady at the register about whether I needed to leave my bag at the front counter, and she instructed me to take it with me. However, shortly after, she approached me and offered to hold my bag, possibly after being prompted by another employee. I declined her offer, stating that I was fine, and she could continue with her duties. Despite my decline, she remained in close proximity to me while I browsed, which made me feel uneasy. The associate in question was a short African American woman with reddish hair, and I believe she would benefit from additional customer service training to enhance her interaction skills.
