Bercy was very kind, patient, helpful, and professional. Nadine was very pleasant, funny, and kind. The store is super nice, clean, and organized with a variety of merchandise to choose from. All of the employees I encountered, greeted me with genuine smiles on their faces and offered me assistance right away. Exceptional customer service. Had an amazing experience. Highly recommend

If you’re shopping for rifles, go straight to Lance skip everybody else price tags are all over the place was frustrating. We were about to walk out and give up when he came around and asked if we needed help and he stayed with us the entire time helping while helping others as well. Very good laughter thank you Lance. !

I always love going here for a stroll just to look at what they have. It’s very fun to look at everything they have. They have something for everyone- the whole family! Recently we spoke with Eddy (thank you, Eddy, you’re the goat) who was very knowledgeable and helped ultimately make a purchase. Everyone is very friendly. Their upstairs range is also fun (women shoot free on fridays). It’s $10 a lane for an hour. I love this Bass Pro!

Do not recommend. Curbside order was unfulfilled, unable to get merchant on the phone and after the third attempt, option 4 was used and still was unable to receive a curbside order in a timely fashion. The service was unprofessional.

The best pro shop off of Griffin Road has a nice selection of stuff even though it's overpriced I don't mind going there but I don't think I will shop there anymore because their sales helped stinks there's never nobody there to come help you you can stand it and wait for help for over 10 to 15 minutes and nobody comes and then when you see somebody and you ask them can you get somebody to help me and they go no and I say out loud no and then they go oh oh give me one second and I'll get somebody and still nobody comes so I start leaving and as I passed the sales station I tell him what's going on and they don't do nothing about it they go sorry out of all the Bass Pro Shops I've been to the one on Griffin Road is the worst one Michelle's help doesn't even try to help you you can't find nobody to help you and then when you go up to the managers test to complain about it and they do not even try to help you that location lost me for as a customer
