  Called 4 times and get put on hold . It's an hr drive to get there so I wanted to make sure the items were in stock 1st. After 4 failed attempts I asked for a manager. I asked anna if she check for me and not put me on hold again. Click im on hold again. 8 min later I hung up and called back. After 10 minutes and transferring me between supervisors she came to the phone . She was rude and full of excuses. Place is run by democrat woman. Im getting everything on amazon from now on . I bet these people kneel for the national anthem

  There is club employee her name is Alysha. She is the best bass pro employee you guys have had in years. She presents crazy insane sales skills. She deserves to be in front line. She has helped me find me and my son water sports gear and I witnessed her help an elderly woman around. She will be the reason I bring back many of people for club cards. Thank you bass pro for hiring her.

  I normally don’t leave bad reviews, but this one is pretty hard to ignore. I drove 90 minutes south to Bass Pro specifically to pick up a tree stand. I took time out of my workday and spent 3 hours round trip because I wanted to buy it in person instead of ordering one online. The outside of the box looked completely normal, so I had no reason to think anything was wrong. I got it home, opened it inside my house, and immediately realized rodents had been living in the box. There were droppings everywhere, parts of the stand were chewed up, and the entire thing reeked of urine. Since I opened it inside, now I’m also hoping there wasn’t still something hiding in the box that got loose in my house. I don’t normally have 3 hours in the middle of a workday to make a trip like this, but I made the time because I wanted to buy it in person and have it that day. Now I have to somehow find another 3 hours tomorrow to make the exact same trip again. I called Bass Pro customer service and explained what happened. They offered me $50 off a replacement, which I do appreciate. Unfortunately, I still have to bring this one back and pick up another one. By the time this is over, I’ll have spent around 6 hours driving over two days just to get the tree stand I originally purchased. I understand nobody at the store could see what was going on inside a sealed box that looked perfectly fine from the outside, and I’m not blaming an employee for that. It’s just extremely frustrating that something this bad made it all the way to a customer and fixing the situation still requires me to give up another 3 hours of my time. I went out of my way to shop at Bass Pro because I’ve always thought of them as the place to go for this kind of stuff. After this, I really wish I had just ordered one online or bought it somewhere closer. Definitely not how I expected a simple trip to pick up a tree stand to turn out.

  I had a fantastic experience at Bass Pro Shops today thanks to Scot (with one T)! He took the time to show me multiple different firearms and walk me through the various options, answering all of my questions along the way. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. What I appreciated most was that Scot never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. He welcomed every question I had and took his time explaining everything, which made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Scot is a fantastic salesperson, and his level of customer service was truly refreshing. I really appreciated the time, patience, and attention he gave me today. He’s a great asset to Bass Pro Shops, and I highly recommend asking for Scot!
