  Writing this review for their boat service center. Todd and Matt are amazing to deal with. I used to sell boats and was in the industry so I know it can tough to find good service, and there’s some shady places out there. Todd was so informative and helpful and Matt was very on his game also. There was a third person helping me out behind the scenes also but I don’t remember his name. Dave or Steve maybe? Anyways I’ll Continue brining my Mako 18LTS to them every single time. Huge shoutout to the three of these guys, they’re the reason I’ll keep bringing my boat in. The store is awesome too, I always leave with a new rod, reel, or tackle.

  Our family loves this store immensely. We go in regularly and we’ve purchased from the Hilton Grand Vacations. The staff there is so friendly and helpful especially from the Manager Luis, Jessica, and Jason they went the extra mile to meet my families needs and to find the best deal me. Thank you for the great experience and amazing vacation. We will see you again soon

  As someone who worked at a different Bass Pro location for 2.5 yrs, I was shocked how they allow the staff to treat people here. There were two people working the customer service counter. A young lady named Sofia and a young man named Hans(or Theodore H.) based on the receipt. We waited a good 10-15 minutes for them to locate our online order and you would’ve thought I asked this kid(Hans) for his kidney when I asked if we could be checked out for the 4 items we had in our hands. Maybe the standards have changed, but when I worked there, we were expected to treat people with basic decency when asked to do the literal bare minimum. If I had huffed and rolled my eyes like this guy did today, I can assure you I would’ve been fired.

  Do not online order from Bass Pro!!! In my experience the website descriptions are not accurate AND after the order is complete and paid for.. they switch or can extend expected delivery dates. Additionally, dont try to get your money back timely (especially being that the immediately took the money) they give you a huge hassle.

  So I went online to confirm they had something in stock online at this location - double verified it was in stock by calling them, they confirmed it was in stock. Drive 2 hours down there, get there, search for said item - couldn't find it - ask employee, they look.. and tell me it is out of stock contrary to what their online inventory had stated. Apparently it sold within the 2 hours it took for me to drive down even though it still said it was in stock while I viewed it online while standing in the store. Oh well write the 2 hour drive and gas off as a loss. No big deal things happen. So I then walked around and bought some things just for the sake of not wasting the amount of time it took to come down. Got a few things - including a Flo Grown shirt which is really nice, but I go to wear it today and take the tags off.... The price tag plastic thing is literally sewn into the collar of the shirt????? So I cut the end off, and now a piece of hard plastic just jabs into my neck while I wear it. I am not about to drive another mission down there to return it. Look at the pics below. This doesn't make any sense why a clothing brand would do this. By what logic does it make any sense at all to sew the butt end of a plastic inventory tag into the shirt. In order to get the tag plastic out I would have to literally rip or cut the fabric. You can feel the plastic anchor INSIDE of the shirt.
