  I just visited Jim Green's Jeweler in Cystal River on a referral from two of my closest friends, Sam Peterson and Lonna Strickland. I have to say this store is beautifully laid out, the jewelry is shown so nice in their cases. There is no hard sell just a family owned business taking care of the customers in the community that they serve. Now back to why I visited them today. I have a bracelet that dates back to the 1940's that my brother had given to me. The clasp broke off, luckily I had a safety chain so when the clasp broke I didn't lose the bracelet. I mentioned the bracelet to my friend Sam and he shared his long experience and relationship with the Green's and suggested that I go and have them look at it. While here I asked if they could clean the bracelet and my 2 Tiffany bracelets that I never take off and they were happy to do so. Both Mrs. Green and Mary her daughter helped me today and it was such a pleasurable experience. For all of my jewelry purchases in the future, I will definitely be back to see this family owned business and I suggest you do to.

  Went to Jim Green Jewelers for my wife's birthday and anniversary to get her rings resized and earing backs replaced to a locking back. The service here is amazing. The workers are all super helpful and friendly. Pricing was reasonable and the work was completed really fast. upon the reps suggestion we ended up soldering the two rings together to protect them from rubbing. My wife is super happy. The reason we chose this was they had accessible hours being open on weekends when we were off. Thanks

  I recently visited Jim Green Jewelers to repair a watch band with a faulty pin that kept coming loose. When I returned to pick it up, they had not only repaired it perfectly but did so at no cost, which was a wonderful surprise. Their professionalism, generosity, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stand out. This is absolutely a 5‑star business in my book.

  Had the most wonderful experience. Mary was so helpful. They took my wedding set, along with a couple other diamonds I had and turned it into the design I wanted. Turned out beyond my expectations. Thank you so much. I love it.
