I'm calling to get a copy of my receipt and they keep picking up the phone and hanging up or sending the phone straight to voicemail. I understand in florida, everybody wants to hang out and be in the sunshine.No one wants to go to work or do their job. This is just my opinion but picking up the phone hanging up on customers is not only disrespectful, it's unnecessary. There are plenty of people looking for work that actually want do their job. I hope management can find some employees that actually wanna be there and assist customers
