  Absolutely disgusting service from this lady. I’m not sure if she is an employee owner or manager but the way she treated us was completely unacceptable. We walked in and she immediately came up to us and asked if we were shopping. We told her yes and that we were buying things for our mother. She then said I don’t care what you are doing you need to get out. Mind you she approached us the second we walked in and we didn’t even get a chance to do anything. She started yelling at us and said she didn’t care if we called corporate. We didn’t even get a chance to say anything or explain ourselves. I honestly felt like we were being racially profiled because of the way we were treated. We came in as paying customers and were treated like we did something wrong. The way she spoke to us was completely disrespectful and unacceptable.

  My husband is a man of color, and I believe this is relevant information considering the experience we just had. Horrible experience at Lane Bryant. The employee working at the store was extremely rude and made my husband and I feel as if we were not welcome in the store. We approached the counter to inform her that we were shopping for our mother, and she immediately started berating us and kicking us out of the store for being men. The way she spoke to us was unprofessional, and what made the experience worse was that my husband is a person of color and we left the store feeling as if we were being discriminated against. The experience was so horrible that we felt targeted for being men and for being a man of color. It's a shame that in the year 2026 one still has to wonder whether they are being discriminated against just for existing. The employee should have politely asked us to leave the store if she felt that men should not be in the store, instead she was unprofessional and rude. There is no excuse for treating customers like that especially when they are paying for items in your store. It is unfair that people are still being treated like this because of their gender, race, and sexual orientation. I can assure you that I will not return to this store because of the miserable experience I had with this lady.

  Walked in, didn’t get any type of greeting. I was looking to shop for a bra. I got sized and seemed like she was in a rush and told me to shop online or will be hard in store. I couldn’t get my questions out because she was walking away. I didn’t bother to look . I was told I was 3 letters than my current bra size
