  Very thankful for Gail, she was so helpful throughout my entire shopping experience. Such a kind person. And thank you to the manager as well, both these women are doing a great job at this store. Looking forward to my next visit back.

  I agree with the previous posts about the lady in the pictures. I believe her name is Gayle/Gail. She is the most aggressive sales woman ever!! She’s rude and always makes you feel like you’re being ‘watched’. She gets an attitude if you don’t like what she TELLS you to buy. She throws clothes on the counter that others have tried on she is unbelievably LOUD she always complains about customers. I was in there a few weeks ago and a customer who clearly had some mobile issues. I guess had asked to try on a shirt and she walked up to another associate I believe and told her that you know so so wanted to try on a shirt and then she replied with if she doesn’t die first. Of If I walk in and see her i immediately walk back out. And after all this can you believe she is still employed there!!! It’s appalling and doesn’t speak well for management

  i’m honestly not surprised about the review with the woman racially profiling customers. She is a very aggressive woman I have stopped coming into the store due to how aggressive she is. She’s loud out of control and I guarantee you if you go back to that store today, she’ll still be employed. speaks volumes about the management that runs that store.

  Absolutely disgusting service from this lady. I’m not sure if she is an employee owner or manager but the way she treated us was completely unacceptable. We walked in and she immediately came up to us and asked if we were shopping. We told her yes and that we were buying things for our mother. She then said I don’t care what you are doing you need to get out. Mind you she approached us the second we walked in and we didn’t even get a chance to do anything. She started yelling at us and said she didn’t care if we called corporate. We didn’t even get a chance to say anything or explain ourselves. I honestly felt like we were being racially profiled because of the way we were treated. We came in as paying customers and were treated like we did something wrong. The way she spoke to us was completely disrespectful and unacceptable.

  My husband is a man of color, and I believe this is relevant information considering the experience we just had. Horrible experience at Lane Bryant. The employee working at the store was extremely rude and made my husband and I feel as if we were not welcome in the store. We approached the counter to inform her that we were shopping for our mother, and she immediately started berating us and kicking us out of the store for being men. The way she spoke to us was unprofessional, and what made the experience worse was that my husband is a person of color and we left the store feeling as if we were being discriminated against. The experience was so horrible that we felt targeted for being men and for being a man of color. It's a shame that in the year 2026 one still has to wonder whether they are being discriminated against just for existing. The employee should have politely asked us to leave the store if she felt that men should not be in the store, instead she was unprofessional and rude. There is no excuse for treating customers like that especially when they are paying for items in your store. It is unfair that people are still being treated like this because of their gender, race, and sexual orientation. I can assure you that I will not return to this store because of the miserable experience I had with this lady.
