DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! TERRIBLE SERVICE! I recently needed work done on my vehicle, so I brought it to red head garage, who installed my device. They looked at my vehicle and told me they couldn't fix it. So, I brought it to my mechanic, my mechanic called lifesafer to get information on how to bypass the device so they can fix my truck. The person on the phone was rude and told my mechanic that they had to send a work order, and then they would have to wait 5 days for a response on how to bypass the device. That's right FIVE DAYS! Now I don't know about you guys but, I work construction and my truck is a very important tool for my job, and it's absolutely absurd that they expect my truck to sit for five days, before my mechanic can even look at it and diagnose it. So I can't make money this week at all. So I tried to call lifesafer myself, the first lady named MARISOL S. was disgustingly rude, and HUNG UP ON ME, when I asked for a supervisor. So I called back and spoke with someone else, who then informed me it would be 48 Hours UNTIL A SUPERVISOR COULD RETURN MY CALL!, so there mechanic is incompetent and they won't give my mechanic info on how to bypass. Then when you call you don't get helped, you get pushed to the back burner. Don't be like me, and lose your employment over a blow device. There is many other companies. My next step is to file with state of Florida, I pay 175$ a month for the device, and now I'm losing my job because these people suck. Hopefully I can hold them accountable for the money I'm missing out on not working FOR FIVE DAYS MINIMUM.
