  Received an edible basket for Mothers Day. It came around 5 pm. It was not refrigerated. Not cold, not even cool. The chocolate on the strawberries was melting off and some of the fruit had fallen off. The fruit cut out to spell MOM was very rough cut and also had fallen. I contacted them and they asked to email them. I did and have not heard anything back. From my experience these are expensive, and I hate to think what my daughter spend for what was delivered. Think twice about using their service.

  After working with Tasha in store for a very last minute gift for my mom, I am completely sold on Edible Arrangements for any type of thank you, appreciate you, sorry for you or even a thinking of you. I rambled on about what mom likes, current situation with her dogs and church and the arrangement Tasha recommended had my mom in tears.

The quality of their chocolate-covered fruit and arrangements is top tier—everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and tasted amazing. The chocolate was rich and smooth, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. The arrangement looked even better in person than I expected, and it made such a great impression as a gift. They offer a great variety of options, whether you’re celebrating something special or just want to surprise someone. Customer service was also excellent—friendly, professional, and reliable.
