I cannot say enough about the staff at windsor countryside mall. As a fellow retail worker, both Yaz and Victoria have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. I had a wedding to attend, and two concerts. They both continued to help over the span of days, until I found the perfect outfits for all occasions. The experience was so personal, and they both took time out of their busy days to help. Great management in this store! :)

The 5 stars is due to the experience I had dealing with Victoria today. She helped me find what I was looking for, even went and got my size of the mannequin. She also confirmed that is hold size down for a better fit. She was so pleasant and was honestly the best employee in there today!

I went to the countryside Mall Windsor yesterday to find my daughter a birthday dress, the young lady diamond behind the counter was absolutely amazing. She actually had a dress on hold for herself personal use and sold it to my daughter. She was amazing great customer service beautiful personality and a wonderfully kind spirit. Props to diamond she deserves a raise

I drove 45 minutes to go to this store specifically, only to find they decided to close two hours early
