  From the moment I walked into DXL Big & Tall, I knew I was in a good place. I was greeted right away, and the store was extremely clean, neatly organized, and had a great vibe. It was immediately clear that this was a store that took pride in what it was doing. I was helped by the store manager, Jay, and honestly, she was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, enthusiastic, and incredibly patient. I was preparing for a 𝐛𝐢𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰, and I was nervous as hell. I had been working from home for the last seven years, and when I looked into my closet, I was filled with despair. 😂 My wardrobe had basically become a collection of shirts and pants I had pieced together over the years from Burlington, Walmart, and Sears (yes, I said Sears). They needed a lot of TLC, were usually a tight fit, and my best suit was nowhere near what I needed for an important interview. My biggest fear wasn't just how I would answer the interview questions. I was worried I'd be sweating and gasping for air, wondering whether a tear or a button was about to launch itself at my interviewer instead of actually focusing on the conversation. 😂 Jay completely changed that. I tried on three suits, and she was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. More importantly, she had me feeling 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭. She helped me leave behind that 10-year-old version of my style that had been sitting in my closet and helped me step into a crisp, new version of myself. And the best part? It wasn't just about buying a suit. Jay and I were chatting, joking, and laughing throughout the entire process. She made what could have been an uncomfortable and stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡. Jay is a million-to-one find, and DXL is lucky to have her. I walked out with a great suit, but more importantly, I walked out feeling like I looked the part and was ready to walk into that interview with confidence. I finally found a place where I can shop for my size 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐲𝐥𝐞, 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫. I'll absolutely be back—and I'll definitely be giving my business to Jay and DXL. Thank you, Jay, for helping me feel like a million bucks when I needed it most!

  This store was very clean, well organized, and has an excellent selection. Daisy is an absolutely amazing associate and earned a lifetime customer. I'll be seeing her again soon. I hope she is recognized for her exceptional customer service. It's exceedingly rare to find that these days. The affordability compared to other big and tall stores was also a great surprise, even beating Amazon on a few items I was looking for.

  I needed to get a new suit. I was from out of town and a recently elected official. I had an event I was speaking at. The sales lady was actually very helpful and very cheerful. She was efficient and helped me get fitted correctly. I spent almost $700 and got all the items I needed, and was happy with my service and the products. At checkout, unfortunately it took a sour turn. The Female salesperson said some very disparaging remarks about a local church. It was clearly religious persecution. And came from a place of hate. I truly felt sorry for her, as her comments came from a place of ignorance And bigotry. I sincerely hope that she can be corrected on this. As an American I find no place in our society to not be tolerant of other people's religions. It was so disappointing, because she was so helpful. I came in on Thursday, September 3rd at about 6:00 p.m.. I was the last customer of the day.
