She helped him get fitted with shirt, pants, tie, and belt and onto his interview within 15 minutes. He is 6'6" and we tried Target, Burlington, and a few other stores to get his XXXL size with no luck. DXL was a life saver, and special shout-out to Jay for her support!

Besides its excellent location, what really makes this store so successful is a great staff and a good manager who are welcoming , listen to each customer's specific needs, and provide professional assistance and helpful suggestions . I have been fortunate to have the Manager Jay on each visit whose great attitude, knowledge, & customer relations skills made each visit so enjoyable - particularly for those of us who hate to shop! Good managers are hard to find, so I hope DXL Area Corporate will read these unsolicited comments and recognize Jay for her excellent managerial skills
