  This store doesnt honor discounts, judges customers by treating people differently and they are trying to sell used returned shoes for full price and claim it was just from walking on their floors. Its obvious the shoes were worn outside and not from their floors. The store always has stuff laying around like drink cans on shelves and the employees are dismissive and rude.

  I called in about a pickup order and Allison was very rude. She sounded as if she was being bothered and had an over it attitude. I also overheard an employee asking her for assistance with a return and her tone of voice was as in she was being bothered by her co-worker. The cashier was very friendly so thank you 🙏

  Pricing isn't exactly discount, but good selection, I got some great shoes on a promo and definitely hit that clearance rack.

  I went to return a pair of shoes, and made the mistake of being honest and saying I wore them once. So they wouldn't take them back and give a refund. But in the same breath asked if I wanted to donate them. If they aren't good enough to refund why are they good enough to donate? I should've marked the bottoms and the inner heel to assure they couldn't resell them. But I'll donate myself if I want instead. The bottoms obviously weren't that damaged(it was on carpet) they could've given a partial refund.
