  We have been trying for weeks to find my son's shoes we went to several malls in Clearwater and largo he finally found the shoes here! So if u are looking for any kind of shoe u will find it at dsw prices are also good alot of clearance too!

  This store doesnt honor discounts, judges customers by treating people differently and they are trying to sell used returned shoes for full price and claim it was just from walking on their floors. Its obvious the shoes were worn outside and not from their floors. The store always has stuff laying around like drink cans on shelves and the employees are dismissive and rude.

  I called in about a pickup order and Allison was very rude. She sounded as if she was being bothered and had an over it attitude. I also overheard an employee asking her for assistance with a return and her tone of voice was as in she was being bothered by her co-worker. The cashier was very friendly so thank you 🙏

  Pricing isn't exactly discount, but good selection, I got some great shoes on a promo and definitely hit that clearance rack.
