I’ve shopped at this City Trends location several times over the past few months, and every visit the store has been extremely hot. It feels like the air conditioning hasn’t been working, making it very uncomfortable to shop. On my most recent visit, I was sweating just walking through the store. I was also told that employees were instructed not to open the doors or windows for ventilation, even though the store felt very stuffy. I feel terrible for the employees who have to work in those conditions for entire shifts, especially during the Florida heat. This review is not about the staff—they’ve always been friendly and helpful. My concern is with the store environment and the lack of air conditioning. I hope management and corporate address this issue as soon as possible so both employees and customers have a safe and comfortable place to be.
