  A couple of days ago, before making my purchase, I specifically asked a floor associate about the return policy. I was clearly told that I had 7 days to return the item. Based on that information, I felt comfortable completing my purchase. When I returned today to make the return, Manager Erika P. informed me that I could only receive store credit. When I explained that I had been told about the 7-day return option before purchasing, her response was that "the floor associates do not speak for the store." That response was both surprising and frustrating. If associates are providing incorrect information to customers, then the issue is a lack of training—not something the customer should be penalized for. Instead of acknowledging the concern or offering a reasonable solution, the manager was dismissive and showed little interest in addressing the problem. Good customer service starts with ensuring employees provide accurate information and managers take ownership when mistakes happen. Unfortunately, neither happened here. I left feeling misled and disappointed, and I'll think twice before shopping at this location again. Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en la tienda Surf Style #110 en Clearwater. Hace un par de días, antes de realizar mi compra, le pregunté específicamente a un asociado de piso sobre la política de devoluciones. Me informó claramente que tenía 7 días para devolver el artículo. Con esa información, me sentí tranquilo y decidí completar mi compra. Cuando regresé hoy para hacer la devolución, la gerente, Erika P., me informó que únicamente podían ofrecerme crédito para la tienda. Cuando le expliqué que antes de comprar me habían dicho que tenía la opción de devolver el artículo dentro de los 7 días, su respuesta fue que "los asociados de piso no hablan en nombre de la tienda." Esa respuesta fue sorprendente y muy frustrante. Si los asociados están proporcionando información incorrecta a los clientes, el problema es la falta de capacitación, no algo por lo que el cliente deba ser perjudicado. En lugar de reconocer la situación o intentar ofrecer una solución razonable, la gerente se mostró indiferente y poco interesada en atender mi preocupación. Un buen servicio al cliente comienza con empleados bien capacitados y con gerentes que asuman la responsabilidad cuando se cometen errores. Lamentablemente, en esta ocasión no ocurrió ninguna de las dos cosas. Me fui sintiéndome engañado y muy decepcionado, y definitivamente pensaré dos veces antes de volver a comprar en esta tienda.

  Horrible store and horrible worker. Came here last night and apparently, they have incorrect prices for shirts and not what it's advertised when some says buy 1 get 1 half off. During the check out, the cashier girl Nyleah, had to override the buy 1 get 1 half off and on top, one of the shirts was over charged at a different price because that wasnt fixed. I went back in to have the price get adjusted by a different girl. Later on i looked into the bag and clearly i was missing my sunglasses that was scan first on the receipt. Why was that not in the bag?? We went back in again and they couldnt find the sunglasses, and then found it with a note stating that the cashier girl said, we forgot. NOOOOOOO, we didnt forget. NYleah didnt pack it into the bag. And second of all nobody should be talking back with its false advertisement on tables claiming those are not on sale when its suppose to be- what its stated.

  Großer Laden direkt in Clearwater Beach mit viel Auswahl an Kleidung, Souvenirs und allem, was man für den Strand braucht, man findet eigentlich immer irgendwas, Preise sind wie erwartet eher touristisch, aber noch okay, insgesamt ein solider Shop für einen kurzen Besuch.

  They should change the name to false advertising. Customer service is a four letter word here. Cheap stuff if you need in a pinch otherwise make a trip to Walmart, you'll be happier
