  I’ve been a customer with you guys for seven years when I was pregnant with my first daughter and I now have three kids I’ve been coming to both smoke shops the one on 14th St. and the one on 64. Together me and my husband both spent a lot of money we both come twice a week For the last seven years SIERRA I know has been there for a while and every time I’ve come in for the last year she has an attitude also her eyes get annoyed when I ask questions about certain products doesn’t really wanna give me the information that I’m looking for. And then a new customer comes in … all th sudden she is very different like “hey girl how are you ?” But in the meantime still acting annoyed that she serve me as a customer. I’ve let it go for a long time because I know everybody has issues but at the same time I’m still a customer and now is getting unacceptable. I would hate for you guys to have to lose my business just because your employee cannot treat a customer correctly. I confronted her about this and let her know that I don’t appreciate the disrespect when I’ve been such a loyal customer and even if I wasn’t I would still expect to be treated correctly as a customer in that store. She denied it but I’m sure if you look at the cameras you can see her attitude all over then I called the store and she apologized on the phone but if a manager does not call me or I can’t get in contact with a manager for this issue to be resolved because clearly your employee has an issue with your loyal customer coming in to buy your products and your employee should be encouraging customers to buy your products I thought? Then you will unfortunately lose my business because I will not be treated wrong or with disrespect and a man is learning and God owners letting it go like it’s all OK to treat your customers that way. And no I don’t expect nothing more than just simple kindness and when I ask you a question about one of the products I don’t need her eyes to be rolled and her to sigh and get annoyed and not even wanna explain to me what I’m looking for.

  I’ve been coming to this smoke shop for years, and one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back is Cierra. I’ve had the chance to watch her grow from a sales associate into a manager, and it’s honestly been great to see because she’s earned it. From day one, she’s always had the most bubbly, welcoming personality that makes every visit enjoyable. Her energy is genuinely contagious, and she always makes customers feel like they’re appreciated instead of just another sale. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products, whether it’s CBD, vapes, cigars, or accessories, and she always takes the time to answer questions and make recommendations that actually fit what you’re looking for. Every time I walk in, Cierra greets me with a smile and remembers me, which says a lot about the level of customer service she provides. You can tell she truly cares about both the customers and the store.

  SO they have amazing glass and some cool stuff But THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS
