The teenage girls who worked there were seriously so rude and acted as if they had better places to be or something🤦🏽‍♀️ No one greeted me when i walked in, and I was literally standing there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to ring me up, mind you there’s three girls standing infront of me doing absolutely NOTHING and they acted as if they didn’t want to help me. When I finally said hello, like do you guys not see me standing here, they all just looked at eachother to see who was going to help me first🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ DO BETTER. Also, after looking at all these reviews talking about the same thing, the owner has yet to fire these girls and continues to make excuses. How pathetic. It’s obvious this store doesn’t give a crap about their customers and only apologizes because of backlash. SMH

Awful customer service. I went to sell clothes to them and when they gave me my bin back, none of my clothes were folded, the shoes were outside of the plastic bags I placed them in so they wouldn’t get in my washed clothes. Don’t waste your time trying to sell here.

Super small store. Unfriendly staff. Kept saying that it was time to go home as if rushing the customers in there. I was only going to look but surprisingly found something. As I was trying to checkout, the young cashier was more interested in her co worker’s conversation. I don’t mind but she took so long to ring up. Wasn’t greeted when entering nor said one word to us at checkout. Weird vibes overall.

Brought a hug box of clothes in only to have them tell me it’ll be 30-40 minutes before it’s ready. They set the box on the counter and 40 minutes later tell me that “it’s just out of style”… I had Victoria Secret, Express, and multiple other items in there that they had similar items of on their floor. They had items with rhinestones and shoes with stains yet wouldn’t take some items that even still had tags on them? When I got the box back, items were still in the same place I set them when packing it. They never even went through it. Really lazy group of girls here.. blamed it on their “manager” for items not accepted.
