  I ordered an Edible Arrangements bouquet, and to say I was extremely disappointed would be an understatement. When I arrived to pick up my order, the fruit looked like it had been sitting out for hours. It was wilted, dried out, and anything but fresh. To make matters worse, the plastic wrapping around the arrangement was covered in condensation, making the entire presentation look even less appealing. The employee happily handed me the arrangement as though nothing was wrong. I had to stop her and explain that I couldn’t accept it in that condition because it looked terrible. She responded by saying she would “fix it” and took it to the back. A few minutes later, she returned with what appeared to be the exact same arrangement. There was no meaningful improvement. I immediately emailed the store owner, hoping someone would address the issue. Since then, I have repeatedly been told that Beth is “unavailable,” and now the store is no longer answering phone calls. At this point, I have been unable to speak with anyone who can resolve this matter. This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would appreciate being directed to someone above the store level who can review this situation and help reach a resolution. I expected a much higher standard of quality and customer service from Edible Arrangements. I paid $75! The Photos are from me walking out with this edible arrangement and putting it in my car. They look like they have been in the car for hours.

  I received flowers as a gift yesterday. I really appreciate the person who sent them and the beautiful intention behind the gesture, but unfortunately, the quality of the flowers from this company does not do justice to the kindness behind the gift. Absolut en un acceptable 1 day after those flowers are dead

  Store says it closes at 7pm but doors are closed at 5:30 pm. Very unprofessional.

  I am not one to give bad reviews but I’ve never experienced service so bad. I placed an order for my mom to be delivered on Mother’s Day since I live 9 hours away and triple checked the address and date. It was marked delivered online, (my parents were home at the time it was marked delivered) and it just never was. I called the location multiple times and every single time it goes to voicemail which I have left several. I also placed a customer service ticket on their website and have heard nothing. My parents have a ring camera and checked it for the entire day. No delivery driver ever came to their house. They are friendly with their neighbors and it didn’t get delivered by mistake to any of them. When your placing an order you specifically give the recipient number so if the recipient doesnt answer the door or the driver can’t find them, a call can be easily made… it’s pretty simple, especially since this is a food delivery service and no one wants their order sitting in the hot sun. Based off my experience and the experience of many other reviewers, it seems to me like the staff at this location don’t care enough just to take the extra step to just call the recipient. I’ve never experience such terrible service, I literally paid for nothing and can’t get a response back. I will NEVER be using edible arrangements ever again. I feel like I paid for a scam… Update: After days of calling, leaving voicemails and submitting tickets online, I was not contacted by anyone in anyway, but did receive a refund MINUS THE TIP. They kept the tip even though there was no delivery attempt. Truly unbelievably… they never reached out in any kind of way to apologize or make this right.

  Spent $225 on an arrangement and flowers, an extra $50 for the driver, and never received the Mother’s Day order at all. We were in town for the weekend and I called, and called, and called…no answer. Sent emails, cancellations, replied to a text message and had that rejected because it was an automated text. We have spend thousands with Edible Arrangements over the last 22 years and this ruined it. No one ever even contacted us to let us know they couldn’t make the delivery date or offer our refund. Not to mention we spent the entire day hanging around the vacation room so she would be there to receive her “surprise.”
