  I am not one to give bad reviews but I’ve never experienced service so bad. I placed an order for my mom to be delivered on Mother’s Day since I live 9 hours away and triple checked the address and date. It was marked delivered online, (my parents were home at the time it was marked delivered) and it just never was. I called the location multiple times and every single time it goes to voicemail which I have left several. I also placed a customer service ticket on their website and have heard nothing. My parents have a ring camera and checked it for the entire day. No delivery driver ever came to their house. They are friendly with their neighbors and it didn’t get delivered by mistake to any of them. When your placing an order you specifically give the recipient number so if the recipient doesnt answer the door or the driver can’t find them, a call can be easily made… it’s pretty simple, especially since this is a food delivery service and no one wants their order sitting in the hot sun. Based off my experience and the experience of many other reviewers, it seems to me like the staff at this location don’t care enough just to take the extra step to just call the recipient. I’ve never experience such terrible service, I literally paid for nothing and can’t get a response back. I will NEVER be using edible arrangements ever again. I feel like I paid for a scam… Update: After days of calling, leaving voicemails and submitting tickets online, I was not contacted by anyone in anyway, but did receive a refund MINUS THE TIP. They kept the tip even though there was no delivery attempt. Truly unbelievably… they never reached out in any kind of way to apologize or make this right.

  Spent $225 on an arrangement and flowers, an extra $50 for the driver, and never received the Mother’s Day order at all. We were in town for the weekend and I called, and called, and called…no answer. Sent emails, cancellations, replied to a text message and had that rejected because it was an automated text. We have spend thousands with Edible Arrangements over the last 22 years and this ruined it. No one ever even contacted us to let us know they couldn’t make the delivery date or offer our refund. Not to mention we spent the entire day hanging around the vacation room so she would be there to receive her “surprise.”

  The worst experience ever ! This place on 7333 52nd Place East , Bradenton , Fl, has horrible customer service. The Mother’s Day platter came in a dirty wooden crate with the fruits and cakes presented upside down, and the blueberries were stuck under the crate. The Saran Wrap was all crinkled up and dirty. There was no bow around it, but only a torn up ribbon. It was gross and totally unappetizing. They didn’t even offer to deliver a new platter with fresh fruits and fresh cakes within the next hour or so. Quite frankly , I don’t trust this company to deliver anything more that goes into my mouth. What also gets me is that whoever answered the phone when I called to let them know what happened, they told me they don’t know what happened as it was prepared fresh in the morning and was given to delivery people. I received the dirty platter around 5PM .

  Wonderful place for fantasticdipped fruit gifts. Delicious AND beautiful. Under new managements- they are open! Ring doorbell of staff is not at front!!

  The ethnic couple who own the store are wonderful. The shorter, heavy white girl is just rude. I believe she's the store manager. A real shame.
