  DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have never had a more unprofessional experience ever in my entire life. I put in an order 6 days ago for Mother’s Day, I live in Boston my parents i Naples. I had to work all day on Mother’s Day so I hadn’t had the chance to check in with my mother. Around 3pm when I got out of work I give her a call to tell her happy Mother’s Day she never saids anything about her edible arrangement so at this point I ask her and blow the surprise. She then tells me she hasn’t received anything, I think okay no big deal I call the number to this location 3 times and leave a message. NO ONE answers the phone. I then call American Express because I’m so disgusted and think maybe they will have better luck and be able to speak to someone, they also can’t get any one in the store. My parents have dinner reservations at 530 I also state that in my message that no one will be home. At 7:15 an employee calls my dad to say that he’s dropping the arrangement off. My mother then states they are not home and he states well I’m just going to leave it (????) it’s Florida and 85 out? It will melt. My mom then states it’s 7:15 this is very unprofessional then the employee states I have had 25 drop offs before yours this is our busiest day of the year. If that’s the case why isn’t anyone answering your phones in the store. Over all extremely unprofessional and ruined my moms Mother’s Day since I was working and couldn’t be with her. Spend your money on flowers at least your loved one will get them before 7:15 pm!!!

  Incredible service by two lovely ladies, Jayda & Susie! They made our choices for 2 unique birthday arrangements easy, tasty, and very edible ( so we were told!!)! We will be back...Rick & Frank

  Ricardo called me and made sure I was home before scheduling the delivery. He was prompt and professional. The arrangement was fresh and delicious. I got it as a gift and will definitely order!!

  I recently ordered an arrangement for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I phoned in the order and wanted to pick it up later in the day. I believe the owner took the call (Jayda) and she was amazing!!! She had a great recommendation for my price point that included chocolate dipped pieces and her favorite fruit (pineapple) . When I picked up the order later in the day I was surprised to learn that Jayda had upgraded all of the pineapple daisies to the chocolate dipped ones after learning that was my daughter’s favorite. Susie helped me get the order and offered me some samples of their chocolate dipped fruits (which were delicious) and asked about the occasion. Upon learning it was for my daughter’s birthday she gave me an adorable plush Charli Cupcake to accompany the arrangement. My daughter was so happy and surprised! The arrangement was gorgeous and delicious. I am so grateful for Jayda and Susie as they went above and beyond to make this day so special for my daughter. I will definitely be ordering more from this location specially in the future due to the exceptional customer service and quality of the arrangement. Thank you both for spreading joy at yoor location!
