  Two girls at the register, very sweet and accommodating with a girl in front of me in line. When it was my turn, they both left the register. Oh well. Can’t teach someone work ethic. Rude, unprofessional staff, and mean girl energy.

  Just purchased some items at this store. I have nothing but great things to say about Kristi. She was so kind and helped me so easily find dresses I want to wear for my honeymoon in Hawaii. She was very professional and lovely.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Windsor location. I came in looking for a pair of heels and tried on a size that didn’t fit. When I approached the associate at the front to request another size, she ignored me the first time. After I politely repeated myself, she rolled her eyes and sighed before heading to the back. This type of behavior is unprofessional and makes customers feel unwelcome. Asking for a different size is a basic part of shopping, and no customer should feel uncomfortable for doing so. Because of the interaction, I chose to leave the store altogether. I hope management addresses this, as customer service is a major part of the shopping experience.
