  Rose at Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s at Town Center was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful, kind, patient, and professional while helping me and my daughter. She took the time to make sure we found exactly what we needed and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. More employees need to be like Rose. Her customer service truly stood out, and she is a wonderful example of what great customer care should look like. Thank you, Rose, for being so helpful and making our shopping experience such a positive one!

  went to replace my damaged sunglasses using the insurance I purchased, and it turned into a nightmare. The employee who sold me the insurance originally put it on the wrong pair. I bought Burberry sunglasses and agreed to the insurance because they were expensive. While finishing the purchase, he suggested a second pair for my girlfriend at a discount, so I bought Ray-Bans for her but declined insurance on those. Because of his mistake, they had to void the entire transaction to move the insurance to the correct pair. A manager came, voided it, and left. Then the new transaction wouldn’t process due to a $1.28 sales tax difference, which I agreed to pay. After that, they tried charging a $59 deductible even though the warranty clearly stated $19.99. After a long argument and another employee getting involved, I paid extra just to leave. Terrible experience. I won’t return to Sunglass Hut.

  This is a mall I shop at very often. I came yesterday in the late afternoon to the Macy’s Sunglass Hut to get a free refill of the glasses cleaning solution I purchased there about a year ago. While I was there, an older man working at the counter (his name tag said Gabriel) was loudly yelling at a young female employee about “having common sense.” I found it extremely rude and unprofessional. Whatever the issue was, it should have been handled calmly and privately. Customers shouldn’t have to witness that kind of behavior in a professional setting. What’s worse is this isn’t the first time I’ve seen him act like this. On a previous visit, he was yelling at another associate—an older woman with ginger hair who had helped me before and was the sweetest. I don’t understand how someone with this type of temper is still working there. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about this repeated behavior. It creates a very uncomfortable shopping experience.

  I was attended by Angela at Sunglasses hut today and she made me not wanting to come back here ever again ! Extremely rude and unprofessional, she was implying I should go back to the store in Miami to make a return and kept arguing that I shouldn’t have returned my order. Unfortunately I’ve been a customer for this store for a long time but I would never go back again !
