- LTLubna Takidin1 day ago1.0Jy the sales person Very disappointing customer service\. Her name isJY \. I came into the store to purchase a pair of sandals right before my flight\. I was in a rush and trusted her to give me the correct pair\. On my way to the airport, I realized that she had given me **two left sandals—two completely different size all\.** This was a major inconvenience, especially because I was already on my way to the airport and had no time to go back to the store\. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this should have been checked before giving the shoes to a customer\. Very frustrating experience and extremely poor attention to detail\.

- AGAngelica GAug 28, 20191.0Walked in in my work clothes, was not even acknowledged by the staff. After waiting around for almost 30 mins, I decided to walk out of their store. Terrible customer service, I’d rather buy online and save myself the trouble. This store has lost my business forever!
