- RLRicardo LegreeAug 9, 20261.0I received a pair of Oakley Meta glasses as a gift from my wife. Unfortunately they have a clear defect — the battery drains extremely fast. I went to the Oakley store at Boca Raton Mall hoping to resolve it under warranty. Even though Oakley’s warranty is known to be good (and other stores have replaced the same issue for friends without any resistance), the employees and manager at this location refused to help simply because I didn’t purchase the glasses from their store. Their communication and attitude were unprofessional and unhelpful. They showed no willingness to assist a customer with a defective product under warranty. This is not the level of service expected from Oakley. Very disappointing experience.
