The men’s shoes were priced at $109.99, and I used a $10 coupon, which brought the price down to $99.99. Instead of applying the discount first, Nordstrom charged $6.60 in tax plus another $0.55 tax charge, then deducted the coupon afterward. I specifically waited for tax-free weekend to make this purchase, only to feel nickel-and-dimed at checkout. A store like Nordstrom should be more transparent and customer-friendly. I want the incorrectly charged tax refunded.

Terez the Visual Manager walked me from the first floor to the second floor to show me where to check in and was so friendly and engaging. The stylist I booked Juan was amazing he had in advance picked out clothes that he thought would fit the description I noted on my appointment and he nailed it. He is a skilled stylist and knowledgeable. He immediately understood what I was looking for. All the staff I interacted with including Allegra in the restaurant and Marissa in Beauty who was very helpful, were friendly and professional. What a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Can’t wait to go back!
