I’m absolutely blown away of how Christiane at Mayors Boca Raton has been today with us. We met her around 2-3 months ago and they didn’t have the piece I wanted back then, so she took notes of my contact and the timepiece I really wanted to purchase. Yesterday I got the call and came today to purchase my last Tudor for my Tudor’s collection! The fact that she actually remembered me for this specific timepiece and called me immediately means a lot to me, and that is exactly why she will be our SA from now on! Not only that, she is extremely nice, welcoming, always nice to have a chat with her, beautiful energy, and just her perfect personality that matches with us! She also took the extra time to update our list so we can continue our watch journey with her! We can’t wait to see her again soon! It is a 1 hour long trip but definitely worth it! 100% RECOMMEND THIS MAYORS AND 1000% we RECOMMEND CHRISTIANE once you visit them!

My watch-buying experience at Mayors was amazing from start to finish, thanks to Claudia R. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly, introduced herself, and made me feel welcome. While the other staff members were not as welcoming, Claudia stood out for her professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness. She was patient with my requests and made the entire process seamless. I had originally planned to purchase my watch at another store, but her exceptional service and positive attitude changed my mind. I ended up purchasing a beautiful watch for my birthday, and she made the experience truly special. Thank you, Claudia R., for making my birthday purchase such a memorable one.

I had a wonderful experience working with Yosman. He provided excellent service and took the time to show me all the different watches I was interested in, explaining the various options and helping me find the one that was right for me. I ended up purchasing a beautiful Omega, and he also helped me select a pair of earrings as a birthday gift. The entire experience was enjoyable, professional, and never rushed. Yosman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He has definitely earned my business, and he will be my go-to person moving forward for watches and jewelry. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at Mayors in Boca Raton, especially thanks to Indira. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. She always made my wife Roberta and me feel welcome every time we visited the boutique. This week, Indira made a very special milestone happen for me: I received my first Rolex, exactly the watch I had been hoping for. She made the entire experience memorable from start to finish. What impressed me most was not only the level of service, but the genuine relationship and trust she built with us along the way. Indira truly represents the very best of Mayors. Exceptional service, exceptional attention, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended. Thank you, Indira, for making this moment so special for us! ⌚️💚

I had a really great experience working with Luis Campuzano at Rolex at Town Center at Boca Raton. Luis was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from the start. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole experience feel very personal. Luis went above and beyond to help me get my beautiful blue Submariner, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. It’s a special watch for me, and I’m really glad I got to have Luis be part of the experience. What stood out most was that he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy. There was never any pressure, and he was always helpful and responsive throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Luis to anyone looking for a Rolex. He’s a great person to work with, and I really appreciate everything he did for me. Thank you, Luis — I absolutely love my watch!
