  Alejandro was a great sales professional. After attempting to purchase a Rolex for the last 3 months and from Miami to New York- Alejandro and Mayors came through for us. Prior to contacting Alejandro, we had not less than 7 really poor sales experiences across all the major luxury watch retailers (no inventory, no expertise, no follow up, or just a “you know what” show. Would highly recommend Mayors in Boca Town Center and Alejandro in particular.

  Played the Rolex game. Had a purchase history, waited on the list for a Submariner for over 3 years. Donald called me to say the watch was available for purchase. I was very excited but told him I could not get there till after the weekend because I work 12 hour+ shifts in a NICU. He wouldn't work with me to pick up, would not let my wife pick it up. I offered to secure a payment but he said nope. He was snobby and rude, hung up on my wife while she tried to work with them on getting the watch because I was stuck at work. They completely ruined my birthday and my love of watches.
