We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- SSSophiaAug 30, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Lululemon in Town Center at Boca Raton. I went in to return/exchange a product that was completely unused and still had the original packaging and tags attached, along with a receipt. I simply wanted an exchange, store credit, or a refund, but both the cashier and the manager refused to accept the return. What makes this even more frustrating is that I later went to the Lululemon at Sawgrass Mall, and they accepted the exact same item for an exchange without any issue. It’s extremely frustrating to be told something cannot be done at one location when another Lululemon location is able to resolve the issue with no problem. The customer service at the Town Center location was extremely unhelpful, and I felt like they had no interest in assisting me. Terrible customer service and a very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this location. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

While I understand that every store has policies, there is a big difference between enforcing a policy and treating customers with kindness and respect. The interaction felt unnecessarily condescending and left a very negative impression. Thankfully, another employee eventually stepped in and handled the situation professionally. I hope management places as much emphasis on customer service as they do on store policies.

She helped me find my fave Align tank - which you all had in a blue I hadn’t seen yet- and made several other recommendations to me while there. She was extremely knowledgeable.
