I trust his judgment, honesty and the fact that he is looking out for my best interest as I continue to acquire beautiful watches for my collection. I have no reservations in recommending David Cohen, Jjewels, in time, and the whole staff.

  We love Jewels in time especially JILL. Very fun, friendly people not pushy. She gave us a reasonable price under the asking price For my new and improved wedding ring. They take care of my watch when it needs service. They send it to Switzerland and I don’t have to worry about it. They fix my husband‘s watches when needed. I don’t have anything negative to say about them.

  Jewels In Time has kept my 62-year-old Rolex Datejust in good working order for the past several decades. I first encountered JiT at one of the yearly Palm Beach antique shows. Thanks, Ed Cohn PS. I'll be sending y'all my watch for routine cleaning and servicing in the near future. Peculiarly, the date mechanism doesn't change the date until 7 or 8 minutes after midnight. Any comments will be sincerely appreciated.

  We had an excellent experience at Jewels in Time working with Alex while shopping for my wife's Rolex Datejust. From the beginning, Alex was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely thoughtful in answering all of our questions. He took the time to help us find the right watch without ever making us feel pressured to buy, which we really appreciated. My wife couldn't be happier with her Rolex. Even though it's an early 2000s Datejust, it's in incredible, near-mint condition and looks like it was barely ever worn. If you're looking for a luxury watch, I highly recommend asking for Alex. He made the entire experience enjoyable, and we look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you again, Alex, for all of your help!

  My wife recently needed an adjustment to her watch band. She dropped it off on a Thursday and needed it back early Friday as she was set to fly out of town. Lucas Pastor told her he’d have it ready by 11:00 AM Friday. He delivered EXACTLY what he promised and more. We have used Jewels In Time many on many occasions to service our watches over the years. They consistently go over and above with their customer service. Lucas’ recent service is just another example of why we will continue to trust this store with or needs. I would highly recommend Jewels In Time and especially Lucas.
