  I stopped in to get a missing screw for my OP. While I was waiting I noticed they had a variety of luxury watches. Lucas was very helpful. He found another screw that was left in my extra links and used it. Neat little shop. If you're in the market for a new watch, Jewels In Time is a great option.

  I had a total overhaul of a Zenith El Primero Chronomaster done after reading the outstanding online reviews. Upon returning the watch to its owner, out of the US, he noted a screw missing from the caseback. I understood the screw could not be replaced from 6000 miles away but I needed to know if the watch could be worn as is and could it be repaired with a non-Zenith screw. I asked to speak with the watchmaker to address my questions. Lucas, the sales rep, informed that the watchmaker was too busy to speak to me. No apology just defensiveness. He then hung up on me. Two observations, leaving out a screw on the caseback of an expensive mechanical watch is the antithesis of attention to detail expected of certified watchmakers. Perhaps more egregious is the lack of attention to customer service and satisfaction. Hard to build customer loyalty with this attitude. I hope what was done internally was better than externally.

  Great experience! I brought in my watch because I needed to have a link removed, and Alex was extremely helpful. Great customer service, very professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to buy my next watch. Highly recommend!

  BUYER BEWARE. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JEWELS IN TIME AGAIN. This was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional retail experiences I have ever had. I recently purchased three pieces of jewelry from Jewels in Time. We negotiated the price, agreed to the deal, I was issued an invoice, and I PAID THE AGREED AMOUNT IN FULL. This was not a quote. It was not a pending negotiation. We had reached an agreement and payment had been made. One of the pieces needed to be buffed and repaired before being shipped to the recipient. After the transaction was completed, I received a call informing me that they had made a mistake on the price and now wanted an additional $2,000 before they would ship the merchandise. That is where I have a serious problem. They negotiated the price. They agreed to the deal. They invoiced me. They accepted my payment in full. Then afterward, I was told they wanted another $2,000. Even though their pricing mistake was not my responsibility, I still tried to find a reasonable solution. I offered an additional $500 simply to help mitigate their loss and resolve the situation. The manager then invited me back to the store and offered to show me other pieces as another possible solution. I went in and spent approximately an hour and a half looking at other merchandise, but I wasn't interested in buying something else. At that point, my request was simple: Honor the transaction we had already agreed to and provide me with the merchandise I had already paid for. The manager discussed the situation with the owner. Instead of honoring the original transaction, they returned my money without my consent and did not provide the merchandise. For me, this isn't about the $2,000. It's about integrity and honoring your word. Businesses make mistakes. I understand that. But how a business handles its mistakes tells you a great deal about how it operates. In my opinion, once you negotiate a deal, issue an invoice, and accept payment in full, you should stand behind that agreement. Attempting to change the price afterward because the business believes it made a pricing mistake is simply not how I expect a professional establishment to operate. Based on my personal experience, I have lost confidence in Jewels in Time and would not do business with them again. I would not recommend them to friends or family, and I strongly encourage anyone considering making a significant purchase here to make sure every aspect of the transaction is finalized and that you have possession of your merchandise before considering the deal complete. A deal should be a deal. A paid invoice should mean something. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Jewels in Time.
