  I recently purchased a Chopard St. Moritz watch from Jewels in Time, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team provided outstanding service throughout the process they tracked the shipment daily and kept me consistently informed about its progress, which gave me great peace of mind. A special thank you to Ivan, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. He made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism.   Great selection of fine watches and Jewelry, also a great display on their website. I saw a Rolex on their site, called them about, and Ivan and Jill had it ready for me to pick up in 15 minutes! Great and efficient service, watch quality was superb, and they were very friendly as well. I highly recommend!

  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Alex at Jewels In Time for over 15 years now. Have purchased a few Rolex watches and a couple other items. Every time the service has been top drawer and the prices very fair. When you work with the folks at Jewels In Time it's like your family. They are a first class operation that I highly recommend.   Outstanding experience dealing with the folks at Jewels In Time. It was my first visit there and I was very well taken care of in my purchase of a high end timepiece. David welcomed me in and took care of me until Alex arrived. Alex was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the brand of watch I was buying. Their selection of high end watches is outstanding. Prices are fixed and very fair. I left feeling I got a great deal on a rare watch. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and plan to buy my next watch from them again.

  My husband and I are knowledgeable watch enthusiasts and collectors. We visited the store to view a couple of watches we were potentially interested in adding to our collection. However, when the salesman greeted us, he immediately told us to go to an authorized dealer, stating that your store only carries pre-owned watches. We explained that we were specifically interested in pre-owned pieces, as we already own several, but despite that, we were still denied service and directed elsewhere. It was a very odd experience, especially for serious collectors who came in with genuine interest in making a purchase. The only explanation that comes to mind is that they may be doing shady business and aren’t comfortable showing to collectors who may pick up on things. Why else would a business deny service to obvious buyers? Anyway, we appreciate not having to deal with the potential headache of doing business with them.
