My first time to the Town Center at Boca Raton today to find a gift for my BFF. Store was so very clean and easy to shop. I was lucky enough to have Olivia help me with my decision and purchase. She was lovely and very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer Service was A++++++

Poor customer service employees are so unprofessional and doing eye contact if I came 5 minutes closing time I came directly from my work thinking it closes at 9 but they close at 8 how am I supposed to know that young employees needs training especially if they are managers this is the 5th time it has happened they always have managers who are rude n unprofessional and employees who says we r closing in 5 minutes even though I bought the item I ended up returning it and gave my business to someone else because they know what they r doing. You feel welcome at other place but here no doing eye contact looking at each other and saying how to get a customer out sad won't be shopping here anymore shame on you and your team so rude making customers feel uncomfortable to shop 😡🤨

This was my first time visiting and I am extremely happy with my purchase! Arielle explained the collections and ultimately I decided on 2 fine-collection pieces that are a staple to my everyday attire. I’m looking forward to my next purchase and if it is in person, I will return to this store.

Very cute jewelry and affordable pricing. Only reason for my low rating is because we were there for about 15-20 minutes and none of the employees approached to help us. There were two of them and I was the only customer in the store. I was interested in purchasing two necklaces but their lack of customer service unmotivated me. Maybe next time I go they’ll have friendlier and more welcoming staff.
