  Poor customer service employees are so unprofessional and doing eye contact if I came 5 minutes closing time I came directly from my work thinking it closes at 9 but they close at 8 how am I supposed to know that young employees needs training especially if they are managers this is the 5th time it has happened they always have managers who are rude n unprofessional and employees who says we r closing in 5 minutes even though I bought the item I ended up returning it and gave my business to someone else because they know what they r doing. You feel welcome at other place but here no doing eye contact looking at each other and saying how to get a customer out sad won't be shopping here anymore shame on you and your team so rude making customers feel uncomfortable to shop 😡🤨

  Soshanna and Jackie couldn’t be more fabulous! I went in, looking for something really specific for my earrings and they both were able to accommodate everything that I was looking for. On top of that they were the nicest gals! I’ve been in twice in the past week simply because the product is great, and the customer service was even better. They helped me put in the earrings which was also a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for new jewelry!

  I have purchased so many beautiful pieces at gorjana! They have the best, knowledgeable people that work there especially Jackie and Shoshana!! I will definitely be back to buy more soon!!!
