  So beyond unprofessional. I called to ask if they had a specific shoe which they did have and let them know I was on the way. In that phone call they specified without me even asking - that I didn't need to rush (5:26 pm) because they close at 8:00 pm. I said "wait it says online you close at 6:00 pm" to which he responded "no we close at 8:00 pm". I drove ALL the way from deep Lake Worth (around an hour long drive) and upon arrival (6:03 pm) the employees laughed and shook their heads *no* as if we were not going to be let in. I was planning on going to this place for shoes for my graduation which is tomorrow morning, which I now will not have due to the unprofessionalism and immaturity of these employees. Never returning again (not that I was even let in before 😂).

  Dissapointing. Talked to someone on the phone and they said they’d be open until 8 and when we arrived at 6, we weren’t even given the courtesy of being let in to talk to someone. The employees just looked and laughed with a gestured no to let us know we will not be able to come in. Unprofessional and wasting peoples time.

  Absolutely horrendous, would never step foot in that store ! Do yourselfs a favor go to a respectable store with trained associates and management!

  Shoes, Pocketbooks and accessories come in a large variety, sadly so does their cashier's attitudes.

  Excelente tienda para compra de zapatos, tienen de varias marcas y diseños desde sandalias hasta botas, buenos precios y en el área de Clearence siempre se encuentran joyas escondidas , como unos Adidas Run 72 rosados que por un detallito mínimo estaban a tan solo USD45
