- ERElizabeth ReyesJun 16, 20261.0I purchase online a small calfskin dg logo bag shopper dolce and gabbana, I went to the store to show them the bag has a defect in the material and she just told me to fix it myself, referred me to someone to fix it or to submit a claim online. Based on a picture Dolce Gabbana said it was wear and tear and refuse to change it. If I only saw the reviews or acted immediately when I saw the defect but now they said it has more than 2 years. How disappointed when the brand is so bad quality. Don't waist your money the service and brand are not reliable.
