  David Yurman at Town Center Boca delivered one of those experiences you actually remember. We had a small issue with a purchase, and instead of it turning into a headache, the team completely flipped it into a win. Stephanie was incredibly helpful from the start… patient, attentive, and just really easy to work with. Then Angie stepped in toward the end and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Big shoutout to Raymond Viau, who went above and beyond. He helped source a different item, figured out the logistics, and kept us updated the entire time. No guessing, no chasing, just clear communication and follow-through. Most importantly, my daughter left happy… which means everyone wins. The store itself is beautiful, clean, and exactly what you’d expect from David Yurman. But it’s the people that made the experience. Great service, great team, and a place I’d absolutely go back to.

  I had a bracelet gifted to me years ago that DY stopped production of. I sent it off to be repaired but had a few issues/ hiccups on pricing and RAYMOND really was such a blessing and able to help me out more than significantly with the process and made me a very happy man today. I will always stand behind David Yurmans exceptional customer service!! Thank you Raymond!!!

  What a lovely experience! I brought in a silver necklace for repair. David was warm and welcoming. He fixed my necklace at no cost. He also explained how as a jeweler not just a jewelry salesperson he has made all of the beautiful items in his store. A real find!

  I stopped into David Yurman to get my bracelets cleaned, and Steve assisted us. He was absolutely amazing, super supportive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I was a little confused about how to properly wear my bracelet, and he took the time to show me the correct way to wear it and even educated me on my sizing. His energy was so warm and welcoming. Even though I’ve visited this location before, this was the first time I truly felt that level of care and genuine customer service. When we first walked in, only the security guard greeted us, and the rest of the team felt cold and distant. Steve completely changed that experience for us. It was refreshing to have someone who genuinely wanted to help and made us feel valued. Thank you, Steve, for such a great experience. It definitely made a difference.
