- JFJose FrancoMar 18, 20191.0If you like being ignored, humiliated, insulted, and treated poorly, then this is the place for you. The girlfriend and I were looking for engagement rings and Patrick McDonald "helped" us. She asked to see styles that resembled Tiffany's iconic engagement rings from the 1920s, and he brought out three rings that didn't not fit her (even though we asked to be seized) and they were below $2000. We asked again for something better, more sophisticated, and classic and he did not try to show us anything else and told us we could shop online or go to their Palm Beach location like we were waiting his time or couldn't afford anything there. She even mentioned the rings he was showing us were cheap and he didn't bother to shows anything better. We left very unhappy. We will never walk into another David Yurman store. This place doesn't deserve our business, especially for such an important and emotional purchase. Thanks to Patrick's unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills, we decided to go to another store in the mall where we were treated with respect, and where my girlfriend found exactly what she was looking for.
