  I had the most wonderful experience at the Chanel boutique in Boca Raton, thanks to Andrea🌸 I came in to purchase my very first Chanel bag as a birthday gift to myself, so it was a very special and memorable moment. Andrea was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire experience. She welcomed my family and me so warmly, offered us water, and happily showed me every bag I wanted to see without ever making me feel rushed. She also wished me a happy birthday and surprised me with thoughtful little gifts, which made the experience unforgettable🎁 Thank you, Andrea, for making my first Chanel purchase so meaningful. If you’re visiting the Chanel boutique in Boca Raton, I highly recommend asking for Andrea. She truly provides five-star service!

  I like to pass by to get me a little something towards the end of the week ! David was the most professional , elegant and polite Chanel representative EVER, so far . I'm very impressed by his kindness ! The security too . Thank you gentlemen!

  I went in to purchase my first Chanel. I wanted a pink Chanel 25 and discovered this may not happen. Andrea greeted me and was very kind and polite when she told me there wasn't one for me to purchase. I was actually very devastated because I was told there was one there I could purchase. I left feeling devastated and heartbroken. Andrea stayed in touch with me, sending me several different Chanel 25 bags as they became available. She called one day to tell me she had her hands on my dream bag. She was very patient with me while getting the purchase complete. I am over the moon with my new Chanel 25 and equally as happy with Andrea, because she actually paid attention to me when nobody else would.

  i recently started to love a more natural makeup look so i turned to Chanel makeup and skincare. Michelle at this new location is the BEST. i can’t put it into words. everything she tries on my skin, i immediately want to purchase it. she is the very best customer service i’ve received in any chanel boutique …possibly ever.
