Excellent service, happy employees…greeted me with smiles and offered water and champagne while I was shopping. So happy to have a boutique close to home!

I had a very disappointing experience at the Chanel boutique. My wife and I came in expecting a high level of service, especially given the brand’s reputation and pricing, but that was far from what we received.
From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. We were left waiting for quite a while without any acknowledgment or assistance. When someone finally came over to help us, the service felt rushed and lacked the professionalism and courtesy you would expect from a luxury store.
For the prices Chanel charges, you’d think the overall atmosphere and customer experience would be much more welcoming and refined. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The lack of attentiveness and subpar customer service really took away from what should have been an enjoyable shopping experience.
I hope they take steps to improve their customer service, because right now, it doesn’t match the standard their brand represents.
