  Very disappointed with my recent experience at American Eagle in Boca Mall (Town Center at Boca Raton). I tried to exchange a pair of jeans, and I was told by the manager, Lauren, that it could not be processed because it had been more than a week since purchase. I would like to mention that the store manager said “RETURN POLICY ITS 7 DAYS” @ AMERICAN EAGLE-BOCA MALL CENTER. I have never experienced such a strict return/exchange timeframe at other stores, and it was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase. The interaction felt unhelpful and not customer-friendly, and I left without any resolution. It would be helpful if store policies were explained more clearly and applied consistently. Unfortunately, this experience made shopping there very frustrating.

  I stopped into the Aerie just planning to be the “sidekick” for my friend who needed a bathing suit bottom for our girls’ trip. Instead, it turned into one of the best shopping experiences we’ve had in a long time! Monica and her team were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, Monica made us feel welcomed and excited to shop. She helped us step outside of our comfort zones and encouraged us to try pieces we normally wouldn’t have picked up. It honestly felt like we were having our own little fashion show in the store. By the time we were ready to check out, we loved so many things we were trying to narrow down what to buy. Monica told us about the discount for opening a store credit card, and it ended up saving us hundreds of dollars—so we were able to get everything we wanted. Because of Monica’s amazing customer service and the fun atmosphere her team created, we actually came back the very next day to shop again! She truly went above and beyond to make the experience memorable. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and Monica and her team made this one of the most enjoyable shopping trips we’ve had in years. See you again when I return in May!!!

  Horrible service!Ignorant and Slow can not work at a register . I made an order online got my email and text message that my order is ready to be picked up and I have until 02/18/2026 to pick up my order before it gets shipped back. I got off work drove to the mall and she was with another customer so the line was getting backed up the customer behind me was so sweet she asked if there was another register we can go too the answer was no because this thing there was busy talking and acting like there was no other customer. So finally it was my turn and I said I’m picking up my order from online so I gave her the code and she said oh no I need the order number ok so I provided the order number she turns around and said your order is not there. I said what ? It says my order is here . Oh no you have to contact customer service I said hold on that makes no sense and the nice customer behind me said is there a manager that creature said to the customer why I’m I explain anything to you very disrespectful the creature was… then her co worker I went to her but by that time o was so angry she got my back lash and she said hmmm that’s strange your order is here why would she say that… I said well for one she’s slow because she said she is not customer service girllllll you are working for customers I mean I can’t fix stupid but every customer was looking at me agreeing that the creature was wrong. Horrible and American Eagle should be ashamed having that thing representing a well known store. She definitely don’t need to be working because she don’t know her job and how to preform her work duties . Disgraceful!!!!!
