  Poor service had us waiting in 30 minutes to pick up an order and three people behind us got their packages first when they had more in their orders. It’s clear that the workers there are there to socialize and not work not prioritizing customer service and satisfaction. Management needs to either change or the workers do.

  I had the most amazing experience at Alo today. The store was very well maintained and organized. The associate Bailey went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my wife. She was extremely professional, helpful and kind. I will definitely be returning.

  I visited the ALO store at Boca Town Center and had a disappointing experience with one of the associates, Bailey. I stood waiting for assistance for about 10 minutes, and when she finally acknowledged me, her tone was rude and dismissive. I asked a simple question about a pickup order, and instead of helping, she repeatedly told me to “wait for an email,” rolled her eyes, and walked away. Thankfully, another associate, Madison, stepped in and was amazing. She asked for my confirmation number, checked the status, and clearly explained that my order wasn’t ready yet. Her professionalism made all the difference, and I truly appreciated her help. I eventually received my order, but Bailey continued to stare me down with a negative attitude. Madison deserves recognition for her customer service. I hope the store addresses the unprofessional behavior I experienced from Bailey.

  I’ve visited the Alo Yoga store twice, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. Both times I came in for exchanges on items purchased online, and on each visit I felt I was treated with suspicion rather than as a customer. The tone from staff came across as condescending, which made what should have been a simple process uncomfortable. During my most recent visit, I brought in a pair of leggings that arrived with a clear defect (loose stitching in the front), and I also needed a different size. The first question I was asked was whether I had worn them, which felt unnecessary given the visible issue. The interaction that followed only reinforced the feeling that I was being questioned rather than helped. Separately, I also had a very frustrating experience with a gift card. When I tried to use it, it only had about $1 remaining, despite never being used. Instead of support, I was met with suggestions that it may have been accessed through my email, which shifted the blame onto me rather than addressing the issue. Resolving it required significant effort and escalation. I love receiving Alo products as gifts, but based on my in-store experiences, I would hesitate to shop at this location again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving customer service and how situations like these are handled.
