  Horrible customer service just like the reviews state. Will find any stupid reason to not return items without giving a reasonable explanation . Please don’t shop here if you want to enjoy being treated like a human

  Awful awful awful. Check other reviews. Came to exchange items. Missed by one day. Asked for gift card instead of full credit in original payment. Was told they can’t do it. Makes no sense. Waited in line for 20min and they won’t even give you a store credit to shop. So much for guest service and trying to complete at a high level in a competitive space. Will continue to shop at lululemon. Better quality and better service.

  I have never experienced such rude customer service than I did at Alo town center. I walked in and there was a male employee at the front who literally rolled his eyes when I said "good morning!". I then couldn't find the color i was looking for and asked another employee for assistance, to which she said she was busy and i could probably find the color "over there" and pointed to an area i had already looked and was very obviously annoyed. I went in planning on buying at least leggings and a sports bra and left empty handed. For a store charging over $100 for a pair of leggings, you would think they would hire welcoming, positive employees. Save your time and just skip alo all together

  I have been a customer of this brand for quite some time, and I’ve never had any issues with purchases made through the app. However, this time I decided to shop in person and chose the Boca Raton location, and I strongly do not recommend it. It was a terrible experience. The customer service was awful, both from the sales associates and the cashiers. I will not be returning to this store. Most of the sales associates seemed unwilling to leave their spot or make any effort to help customers. They were rude and gave the impression that they did not want to be there. The store was disorganized, and the cashiers seemed unsure about basic questions and procedures. What a disappointment. If, like me, you enjoy this brand, I would recommend visiting a different location instead of this one.

  Poor service had us waiting in 30 minutes to pick up an order and three people behind us got their packages first when they had more in their orders. It’s clear that the workers there are there to socialize and not work not prioritizing customer service and satisfaction. Management needs to either change or the workers do.
