  On 5/3/26, I sent my bracelet to the Bal Harbour Shops (Dior) department for repair. I was told it will take 12 weeks to get this done. Now it’s 8/6/26 and my bracelet is not repaired. In fact, it’s still waiting for the part in France for the bracelet to be shipped. 1.5 months ago I was told my bracelet was shipped to France but come to find out it’s still in Bal Harbour Shops Dior department. Imagine that…I will pick up my bracelet, hopefully it’s the same bracelet and go somewhere else. I will never do business with Dior again. Poor customer service and no respect for me as a client.

  Very unfriendly, the sales person was very rude. Also their prices where higher that the Dior website.

  You guys need to fix your phones. I had to yell at a (very nice) sales associate so she could understand me. And I don't have an accent.
