  Every visit to Bucherer at Bal Harbour Shops is an experience in itself. Their selection of watches and jewelry is exceptional, but that's almost the easy part — as one of the largest authorized dealers for so many brands, the inventory is a given. What really sets them apart is the service. The attention I've received from Pily and the store director, Abbe has been outstanding. They're knowledgeable, genuinely welcoming, and never make you feel rushed. They take the time to understand what you're looking for and make every visit feel personal. Highly recommend asking for either of them if you're in the market for something special.

  Been buying from Rolex and Tourneau now Bucherer for years. Andrew is the most knowledgeable, observant, patient and incredible sales associate in the game. Tells You how it is and always tries his best to help. The kindness and ambiance is top notch above par. If you ever need a watch go seem him in Bal Harbour and tell him I sent you!

  I bought my Ulysse Nardin from Liz about a year ago, I hit a milestone in my career and the experience stuck with me. Lately I’ve been thinking about celebrating my next milestone with another watch, so I stopped by the store hoping she’d be there. Luckily she was there and was very patient with me. I saw some potential models with Rolex and was introduced to other brands which I liked. It’s rare to find someone who remembers their clients and makes you feel valued long after the initial purchase. I’ll definitely be back !
